3 bedroom, 1.5 bath one story home
Primary bedroom - half bath & queen bed
Hall bath is a full bathroom
Other 2 bedrooms- one has a full bed and desk, other has a queen bed

Our guests have access to the whole house with the exception of an owner's closet. Guests access the house via a keyless entry.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short drive to many delicious restaurants and a lot of shopping. Close to Scott's Addition, Carytown, Short Pump and all the fav spots in Richmond!

The house is located 10 minutes of a drive away from the Cultural Arts Center in Glen Allen.


Off-street parking in the gravel driveway available, as well as additional street parking in front of the house. Car recommended, but Uber & Lyft available here.

Great stay - just what we wanted.

The home was just as advertised. Comfortable beds, nice towels, fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Host was always very responsive, and it was close to many stores and restaurants ... so nice to have much more space than a typical hotel room.

Everything is on one level which made it great for my older dog. A couple people in the neighborhood were very friendly while I was walking my dog. Location is close to anything and everything. Great communication from the host before, during, and on the way out. Check this one out!

Charming and Clean

The location was perfect for where we needed to be. It is close to downtown. The information sent beforehand about the numerous restaurants was very helpful. The owner responds quick to any messages sent. The house is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were really nice and the kitchen had everything you might need. I would stay here again anytime I'm in Richmond.

Stopping through for a wedding.

Great little space for my little family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. We made use of the backyard, the playground across the street, and the neighborhood streets for a jog. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our time in RVA. The property was as listed and very clean (I have high standards. This is probably most important to me.) The house is in a neighborhood that is in easy proximity to major roads but not located on a busy street. Thanks! We'd stay again!

Family visit

We used this rental as overflow sleeping space for a family gathering. It was perfect for that. Completely new renovation and modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Very clean!

Great location!

This was the perfect location for us visiting our family in Glen Allen. It was centrally located between there and downtown Richmond. The best perk for us was the large fenced in back yard for our dogs. The host James was extremely responsive. The Keurig stopped working one morning and it was immediately replaced. We also needed to add an additional night to our booking and there was no issue arranging that with the host. We would recommend this listing to anyone visiting the Richmond area!

Quick weekend gathering

We were in Richmond for a sports tournament and the house was very close to it. Rather than booking a hotel room or two the house was perfect for the 5 of us. We all slept comfortably and still had space to spread out in the living/kitchen area. House was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a good weekend!

It was a comfortable place to stay and met our needs for the weekend! James is a thorough communicator and made the process easy. The neighborhood wasn’t as quiet at night as we would have wished but that can’t always be helped. Overall a good experience!

Cozy and convenient.

I needed a place for a couple of weeks for myself and my kiddo. This place is cozy & homey, has everything you need for a stay, short or long, and is convenient to anything you could possibly need between Broad & Staples Mill. Great communication with the management team. They were ready to take care of any issues. If I needed to be in the Dumbarton/Glen Allen/Henrico area again, I would absolutely book this house.

Racing Time at Richmond

First walk in was very impressed. Yes newly renovated, but little details were very nice. The deck was perfect size for our stay and the fence was nice so as our fur daughter could just go outside. We did have one safety issue, brought it to the owners attention and responded. Perfect distance from the track and downtown. Than you.

Clean, cute place

This was a lovely home! Very clean and cute and it was stocked with lots of household essentials. The host was incredibly responsive and kind and very accommodating of our requests. The neighborhood was a little meager and there is a train that runs by somewhere close because we could hear the train but we didn't have any issues at all and the house is a great location from all the activities of Richmond. Very easy to get to the highway. Loved being able to have a fully fenced backyard. We would stay here again :)

Easy to Find

After a long car ride with my husband and children, we were thankful this property was located in an area that was quiet and easy to find. We brouvht our dogs, and the fence worked great. The only thing i would say negatively about the property is the need for repainting the walls inside, they really need some TLC. Other than that, it was great!!

Extremely Pleased!

What an amazing little house! Far exceeded our expectations!! Perfect location for Richmond visitors. You can get just about anywhere in the surrounding area in about 15-25 min max (depending on where you are going). Close to several places to grab a quick bite and close to Publix and Target (this was very convenient for a family of 5!) Safe and overall quite neighborhood. Clean, clean, clean! This is probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host's attention to detail and needs were impeccable- fully stocked with everything we needed- even a wine opener ;) Beds were quiet comfortable as well. Plenty of space in rooms. Quality towels and linens provided. Last but not least- great, fenced back yard- perfect for your pet that may be traveling with you. It was really nice not to have to worry about where to board your furry animals. One of ours is a therapy dog for our autistic daughter and just having the option to bring him was PRICELESS for her. We will definitely be staying with this host again. Highly recommend friends!
