Welcome to this charming and comfortable Richmond home, just minutes from Scott’s Addition, the Fan District, Museum District, Downtown Richmond, Carytown, VCU, and more! This private single-story home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers the entire space for you to enjoy. Thoughtfully updated, the home features a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, along with newer appliances and washer/dryer, providing everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.

The home offers three bedrooms with two queen beds and two twin beds, along with one full bathroom located on the main floor. Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku streaming, central HVAC, keyless entry, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with essentials for preparing meals. The fully fenced yard provides a great outdoor space to unwind, and guests will have access to two private parking spaces behind the home, plus unlimited street parking.

The property includes safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and deadbolt locks for peace of mind. Please note that same-day check-in and check-out are not permitted to allow adequate cleaning time between stays. Trash and recycling are collected on Mondays via the rear alley, and guests do not need to move the bins. As there is no garbage disposal, guests are asked to empty the drain catcher and avoid placing food down the sink.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $100.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $100.00 pet fee. No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property. The house was clean and visually appealing. The bedrooms were good size with comfortable bedding, so we slept well every night.The large outdoor space was a highlight — perfect for relaxing. The property sits on a corner lot on a busier street, so there is a little noise during the day but it quieted down nicely in the evenings.The location is fantastic-central and convenient for getting around. And our host was excellent throughout, communicating promptly and clearly from start to finish.
