The non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the beach house of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. A new apartment building was built next to the main building. In this house there is your 1-room apartment, which impresses with a modern ambience. On the approx. 10 m² terrace, which you can easily reach from the living room via the patio door, you can comfortably watch the sunrise and start the day with a breakfast. The open-plan NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories and leaves nothing to be desired. For comfortable seating at the dining table, they have two shell chairs that are kept in a timeless design and fit into the overall concept. The design floor covering, which is laid throughout the living and sleeping area, has a simple and subtle effect. A cozy sofa bed invites you to linger. For the night you have a modern box spring bed with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The bedside cabinets with bedside lamps create a special atmosphere and entertainment is provided in the living room by a hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches). Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The bathroom with its stylish, modern tiles, which are kept in warm colors, has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large vanity, and a towel radiator. The in-house wellness and fitness area is available to you and your accompanying guests in the main house. Relax in the two saunas and the experience shower or relax in a relaxation room. In a fitness room, modern sports equipment is available to keep you fit even on vacation. Dogs are welcome in the apartment. There is a bicycle storage room at the house for our cyclists. The harmoniously coordinated furniture and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation unforgettable. You are welcome to book a carport parking space on the premises for a fee.
