Welcome to our peaceful studio apartment with a private entrance, perfect for a relaxing stay. The apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for remote work or studying. Natural light floods the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The full bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, and we provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, sink, skillet, pot, a two-burner electric stove, a kettle, a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, and all necessary serve ware. Step outside to your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Free parking is available in the large parking lot behind the main building.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the apartment through a separate entrance at the back of the building. If parking on the street, enter through the wood gate on the left. If utilizing the private parking in the back, the entrance is adjacent to the parking area. The laundry room is located in the basement, accessible through the door marked with the laundry sign on the right side of the building.

The apartment is ideally located near major highways, with I-64 and I-95 just a 5-minute drive away, making it easy to explore Richmond and beyond. For your grocery needs, Whole Foods is a quick 2-minute drive, and Publix is just 5 minutes away. Culture enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to museums, a mere 3-minute walk from the property. Food lovers will delight in the numerous local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, all within a short walking distance, perfect for enjoying the neighborhood's vibrant atmosphere.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from our cozy nest! We offer free parking in the large parking lot behind the main building. For those using public transit, several bus stops are within a short walking distance, providing convenient access to downtown Richmond and surrounding areas. The property is conveniently located near major highways, with I-64 and I-95 just a 5-minute drive away. Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive, making it easy to reach your destination. You can also use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft for quick and easy transportation.

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts.
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats.
Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch and should use the ashtray provided for waste disposal.
The apartment has a central AC/heating system.
The thermostat is in a separate room, and we can remotely adjust the temperature for you; just send us a message. Additional comfort items like a space heater and fan are available in the closet.
The trash bin is located behind the backyard.
