The in-house fitness and wellness area is located directly in the main building and is available to you during your stay. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. Here you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly in the house. There are several shops within a few meters.

Dunes Lounge:
The 74 m² apartment Dünenlounge offers everything for an unforgettable vacation. A dream for couples and families of all generations. The main building in which the apartment is located, the Old Maritime School, was built between 1847 and 1849 and used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, in the past years it was lovingly restored and opened in 2020. The stylish and modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is located on the 3rd Upper floor and is accessible via an elevator. Start the day with a fantastic view over the Baltic Sea on the 5 m² west balcony, which you can reach from the living room and one of the two bedrooms. Here you can end the evening with a glass of wine in the evening sun. The balcony is furnished with a table, four chairs and two deck chairs, and the hall, equipped with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, takes you to the large, light-flooded living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and an armchair. The modern living area is complemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and four chairs. The bedrooms are bright and friendly in the style of a yacht club. In both bedrooms you will find high quality box spring beds (180cm x 200cm) with bedside tables and night lamps, 32 inch flat screen TVs and a wardrobe. A safe in one of the wardrobes is available for your valuables. The second bedroom is a master bedroom (inside) and is very conveniently separated from the living area by a sliding door. Through the dressing room with wardrobe you reach the bathroom en suite. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the living area. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas. The NOLTE built-in kitchen has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories for great meals with the family. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect, while underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in all areas of the apartment. The two bathrooms are stylishly furnished with modern tiles in warm tones and have a walk-in shower, a large vanity with base cabinet and a towel radiator. A washer-dryer is ready in a bathroom. The rental office is located in the main building. A carport parking space can be booked for your apartment. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
