We can’t wait to welcome you home to our newly renovated property just 2 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and still feel like you are nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you’ve ever stayed. This is the right side of a beautiful triplex located in a very quiet holler right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where ya wanna go quick but feel like you’re deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You’ll be snoozin’ about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the Parkway! Check in his contactless and we will message you a door code prior to your arrival.


We own about 5.5 acres with a total of 9 units and nothing else so you are guaranteed peace and quiet.


We want y'all to love this place like we love our home so we spared no expense to make you feel at home. From the Egyptian Cotton, Anti-Allergen linens, to the down alternative comforters and pillows, bamboo heat-wicking sheets, brand new foam top mattresses, and more, you’ll be sleeping like royalty. (We just ain’t got no one to feed you grapes).


This place is also loaded with some tech goodies. You’ll enjoy a 42” smart TV in the kids’ bedroom , a 55” TV in the king master bedroom, a 65” smart TV in the living room, and arcade games with 14 games for you to set some high scores! And listen… I know this ain’t no beach but with our high speed 1200 Mbps internet (our teenager says that’s good), you can still surf the web! #DadJokes


Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances we could think of for any home cooked meals you like to make. You’ll also enjoy a dining table that’s big enough to seat 6 for all that good takeout you’ll be bringing home too!


While you’re out on the town, don’t be afraid to get a little dirty or start a food fight at a nice restaurant (as long as you don’t tell ‘em we said to do it)… The washer and dryer are ultra high-tech quick and quiet … so you can enjoy your family while the laundry spins.


The master bedroom has a king bed and is ultra plush… believe me it’s great! The second bedroom has a bunk bed with storage. The beds are twin on top and a full on bottom. The bottom bunk will comfortably fit anyone 6 feet tall or under. Both of the mattresses in the second room are just as high-quality and plush as everything else.


Last but certainly not least, is the outdoor space complete with 4 of the nicest rocking chairs you’ve ever enjoyed (yes, they’re even better than Cracker Barrel) so you can enjoy your spare time with peace and quiet in the crisp mountain air.
