This tremendous house offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. With cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming living room with an electric fireplace, guests will feel right at home. Don't forget to sit back and enjoy our outdoor patio with a bar and gas fireplace! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine, heating, iron, AC, and WiFi. Perfection

We have stayed here before. It is fast becoming our go to if it is available. The home is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors we have met have been friendly. It is not far from the parkway. The host/hostess have been a dream to communicate with.

Cozy Cottage

Well kept property and lovely home. Quite neighborhood and excellent place to walk the dog. The neighborhood has some nice people who live there. The yards are small but we had stayed in a similar home in this neighborhood before. We knew that the neighbors are close and you do have to keep your blinds closed if you want privacy. The location was very convenient to the parkway. I got clear information before our arrival about check in absolutely no problems during our stay. Loved the screen in back porch it was quiet and there was a lot of attention payed to all of the details of it. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is very clean in and out. The neighborhood is cute and very quiet. Not too far from Gatlinburg and all the activities we had planned. It’s a 3min drive from the cottage to the main strip and 4min away from Ma’s restaurant which was delicious and affordable for breakfast and dinner. There was a cute Christmas tree all set up in the living room which was a nice touch. The heater/AC work very well. All the appliances work w/o issue. The kitchen is stocked well w/pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and bakeware. The jet tub in the master was great for recuperating after a long day out. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for everyone. The fireplace in the living room is fake fire but it has a heater and works very quickly. The fireplace in the cozy covered porch also works very well though it took a little while for us to figure out how it worked. We even used the charcoal grill outside which was pretty clean to use. There’s also a bigger gas grill but we didn’t use that one. There’s a little log book where previous guests wrote about their stays and it had a few suggestions of what to do and where to go. There’s also a drawer w/lots of info pamphlets and coupons. We very much enjoyed all the Christmas lights throughout Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!!

Sometimes when you book online and see pictures, you get disappointed when you arrive. NOT WITH THIS HOME!! It was located in a small, clean neighborhood that is well-maintained. It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to the parkway and the permanent neighbors were very nice. As for the house itself, it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our adult children liked that there were board games available to play in the evenings. The screened in porch was an added bonus! It provided my daughter-in-law a place to catch up on her college classwork away from the noise of the rest of us. The hosts for this home are great! Gosh, I can't think of anything that isn't positive about this place! My husband and I both say it is the best place we have ever stayed in our 30+ years of traveling to the Smokies!! We look forward to returning in the spring.

Nice getaway

We had a nice stay at the rental and it met our needs. It was nice waking up every morning to having deer right outside. Getting in to the community multiple times a day became irritating. The community is a secured community. If you follow the process it wasn't bad, but multiple times a day we had to wait in line due to others not following the process. We stayed for a week and I messaged the host on Tuesday a question and never got a response until the day we left. The place was clean and they provide a pancake mix and syrup, which was great for the first morning breakfast. The hit tub outside was disappointing. It had brown dirty foam on the water and a funny smell.

Hi Kim I just saw this review and I believe you left it in error. Our home in pigeon forge is not in a secured neighborhood, we do not have a hot tub outside and you never messaged me. Could you possibly be speaking of another property? If so, could you be so kind to remove your review since 99% of our business is based on guest reviews. We would greatly appreciate it! Sorry to hear of the difficulties you had at another home, but hope you enjoyed your stay at two cubs cottage.
