Beautiful place, well mantained and clean. The check in was really bad. Staff unprofessional and rude, asked for copies of my credit card and id, cancelled our access code for a reservation made and paid 20 days in advance. They never send any message about this. Sadly, we won't use their services in the future.

Very nice cabin!

Great and beautiful cabin! We do have a few suggestions.... In the listing, it states that there was a King sized bed. NOT in the cabin. that was disappointing. The area rug around the DR table is a safety hazard! tripped a few times. We would suggest a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Maybe consider installing a dehumidifier. The TV is terrible in the Living room. Also - we could not get the wifi to work. The WIFI that was listed on the refrigerator. door never came up on our network options on our devices. Just as well - we needed to be "unplugged". However - that issue needs to be addressed. Perhaps consider a lounging chair on the deck area - for example, a gravity chair, or something like that. There are protruding nails in the flooring. That is another safety hazard. Comfortable seating needs to be a priority for all rentals. Also - please let your renters know what kind of coffee machine is onsite, so that they can come prepared. The pots and pans were awful! But. - the kitchen was pretty well stocked. All in all, a very good experience. Just wanted to let you all know those suggestions that we believe will be helpful to the owners. Thank you very much. We hope to come back in the future. A wonderful getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was spotless when we arrived and was the perfect little spot to get away for the weekend. We had two hiccups while we were there. The first was that the code to get into the home was incorrect so we had to call to get the correct code. The second was that the internet was out the entire time we were there. We made do without but it was inconvenient and the people in the office told me they would call back with instructions to help get onto the internet but they did not call back. All in all, we had a great time and would return.

Great Cabin

The Four Seasons cabin was very nice. Clean, well kept and comfortable. Property was well maintained and clean. Loved the atmosphere of the cabin. It was stock with the basics we would need to have a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend!

Everything was as we expected!

We most definitely will stay at this cabin again! It had everything we needed and was very clean. The weather was great and leaves were beautiful. We enjoyed downtown Blue Ridge that was very close to our cabin!

Girls Trip

Found the cottage to be very clean, easy entrance and comfortable. It is exactly as you see in the pictures. We saw wildlife everyday while setting on the porch. It was pretty much perfect for a short fall getaway.

Cute cabin

This cabin is adorable. The two floor back porch with the hot tub was the group favorite. The bed was comfortable and the cabin was very clean. We did have a few spiders but that's not totally unexpected. I would recommend that you only drive up and down the mountain in day light. Unfortunately we had some unexpected circumstances and issues with traffic on the day we arrived and could not get there until after dark. The drive up the mountain to the cabin was terrifying. It was so dark and the twisty road is only wide enough for one car. The owners did give us directions but we could not find the roads in the dark and it was incredibly stressful. That is my only complaint. The cabin itself was very nice.

Book this cabin!

This was a quick trip for my family and I as we were in a wedding nearby. To say this cabin was one of the best is an understatement. Very clean, very cozy and VERY spacious. It’s amazing how tiny the cabin looks in comparison to its actual size. The double porch was amazing. 12/10 - will definitely book again!

very nice stay, the layout of the place is nice and gives the feel of a bigger property, hot tub was the cleanest we've ever seen. loved the huge two-tiered screened porch. kitchen was nicely appointed/stocked. nice board games.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was amazing! It smelled so good the day we Got there. It was cleaned and tidy! My daughter loved sitting by the fire everyday. We celebrated Christmas there. And it was the best, non-traditional Christmas we have ever day. Driving up to the cabin was really cool since it's in the mountains itself. Downtown blue ridge was nice. If you plan on staying up in blue ridge bring food, the restaurant picking is very small. And if you want AMAZING BBQ, I highly recommend BIGUNS BBQ.. it was awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, let me say I was impressed with how clean this cabin was. I can usually easily find one or two things the cleaning staff could have improved upon when renting a place, but this place was pretty much spotless! We enjoyed our short weekend here, and would recommend again, but there were a few things that were small annoyances. -First, the second bedroom is not like the description says. We expected a queen bed but found bunkbeds with a standard bed on bottom. For such a tiny room, it really made it feel even smaller. The tv stand had been moved to accommodate the bunk beds and did not reach the cable plug; therefore we were unable to watch tv from that room (there was a dvd player that we did not use). -The ac/heat unit outside the second bedroom is incredibly loud. -Both bedrooms get pretty cold. Poor insulation? -We did not realize we had to go to the property management company to get the code and paperwork for the rental until the day of. Everything they gave us could have been handled through email or the HomeAway app. -iPhone maps does not work well on the mountain. Figuring out how to get down was interesting! Overall, the cabin was cute, well maintained, comfortable, and CLEAN! We enjoyed our weekend!
