Find nature right at your front door at this luxurious, dog- and family-friendly waterfront home. Watch for a pair of nesting eagles, seals lounging on the rocks each summer, and fishermen hauling lobster traps from the front deck each morning while you sip your coffee and enjoy the sunrise. If you’re looking for more urban charms, downtown Boothbay’s shops and restaurants are only three miles away.

Outdoor space at home includes not only the lovely deck, but also a patio downstairs and a wide, waterfront lawn. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue and spend evenings in the deck’s hot tub, admiring the stars. Gather around the firepit in the yard for some marshmallows or explore the water in one of the provided kayaks.

Inside, you’ll find abundant natural light, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of deck-front windows that bring the view indoors. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, including a wine fridge, and lots of gleaming countertops, including a huge kitchen island. Dine together at the adjacent table or pull up a barstool at the island to keep it casual.

In the evening, grab one of the movie-theater-style reclining seats, get the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace going, and host a family movie night in the living room. More entertainment options include a wet bar complete with a retro mini-fridge and popcorn machine, free high-speed WiFi, cable, five streaming-capable TVs, board games, a pool table, and an air hockey table. At the end of the night, tuck the kids into one of the fun bunk rooms and have one last soak in the hot tub - another perfect vacation day awaits tomorrow.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are Cameras located on every corner of the Home that show the Entirety of the Property.

Dock details: There is a community dock and swim area a short walk from the home. No boat docking.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
