We also have a brand new Bocce ball court in the shade with lights.
And two golf carts , 4 and 6 seater at an extra discounted cost compared to outsourced ones in town , discounted again if you rent both.

Beyond the Beach club is a riding facility offering lessons and riding on the beach of Playa Langosta, one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. There are walking and mountain bike trails throughout the resort and horseback guided tours into the tropical forests to see the wildlife. Furthermore we offer a world class 18 hole golf course leading to another beach as well . There are 8 pickleball courts, $10 per time or $120 for 20 x that can be used for your group . Open play Sunday Tuesday Thursday 3-7 with lights and 8-10:30 Saturdays.

Contact tennis coach for clinics or lessons, listed in our house manual .Bird watching is another favorite, with free flying macaws, parrots and other exotic birds in this wildlife nature reserve refuge. From the Beach club walk to our favorite restaurant LOLAS , on the beach within 12 mins walking distance on PLAYA AVELLANAS, our best Surfing beach. Our other favorite beach for tranquil days, lounge chairs and palapas with smaller surf and long strolls is PLAYA LANGOSTA.. not to be missed , a truly beautiful beach for early morning walks. Mansita by to the JW has a safe swimming beach perfect for the kids if you want to avoid the waves.

The JW Marriott is withn 3 minutes drive from the house open to visitors with a separate beach for non guests , pool and spa use is extra, check at admin office , offers a few restaurants and bars to enjoy for anyone.

Within the resort we have two small stores for basic items , one next to Malinches and one by the JW . try the Gelato at the JW. They carry wine beer etc within 5 mins.
Villa Real is a small village 10 minutes from our home where we have a couple of supermarkets and a very inexpensive farmers market for produce , fruit and vegetables . We definitely recommend buying your vegetables and fruit there and supporting the local community. Another good store is Simply Fresh on the way to Tamarindo.
You can also order fish on a Sunday for Monday home delivery.. let me know if you are interested. Automercado is the main American style supermarket, 20 mins towards Tamarindo. Carniceria San Martin on right side on way to Tamarindo has excellent grass fed beef and other meats like chicken. Our concierge service can help you with the orders or phone numbers.
