Cozy, family holiday accommodation in Wetter (Hessen)

In a family house, with a separate apartment, located in a quiet residential area, the apartment offers everything you need for your stay. The 50 sqm are therefore suitable for holiday guests with or without children as well as for fitters.

The offered apartment consists of two rooms as well as a kitchen and a bathroom with daylight.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a walk-in closet. You can end the evening comfortably in the living room in front of the modern Smart TV (49 inches) on the couch.
The sofa bed can also be converted into a large lying area (140x200), so that the living room can also be used as another bedroom / children's room. If desired, there is the possibility to add another single bed in the bedroom, so that a total of three separate beds are created.

All standard appliances are available in the bright kitchen (including Coffee maker, microwave, kettle). The large dining table can seat up to 5 people. The balcony adjoining the kitchen is ideal for ending mild summer evenings. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

In 15 minutes you can walk to the city center of Wetter, which offers a selection of shops (REWE, ALDI, Rossmann etc.) as well as nice restaurants. The residential area borders directly on fields, which makes the area ideal for hiking and walking. (long bank?)

By car you can reach the next bigger city Marburg in 20 minutes, Biedenkopf is about 30 minutes away by car.
A covered parking space is included in the price.

Pure non-smoking apartment (only balcony), if smoking should nevertheless occur in the premises, cleaning costs will be charged!

Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.

Use of the washing machine and drying room is possible by arrangement.
