Comfy & Cozy Stay w/ Mountain View Centrally Located 5 to 7 mins from everything

Barbara and her husband werw great guests, they followed the house rules to the tee. They left the place beyond reasonable for staying there a few days. I would definitely re-host them again if they were to book with "Comfy and Cozy Stay" whenever they visit Alaska again!

AJ was a great guest and there was minimal requests on his part. They left "Comfy and Cozy Stay" very respectful and I would definitely host them once again.

Michelle and company were great guests. I would definitely re-host them again and gladly welcome any family and/or friends per their recommendations on their review of "Comfy And Cozy Stay!" Everything was seamless and smooth with them. They cleaned up very well after themselves and they are most definitely super hospitable guests. I highly and super recommend them to any other hosts that theg book with. They followed the house rules to the tee and it was low manage dealing with them during their entire stay.

Heather and her guests were thoughtful and did their best to follow the House Rules. One of the bathroom hanging towel rails came off without letting me know about it. But I can forgive that because they were all overall great guests that that were attentive amd mindful of everything. I would definitely host them again because of how nice and hospitable they were to host.

I disagree on the place being basic! You both were provided w/ more than enough of everything from bedding, sheets, towels, toiletries, kitchen spoons, knives, & condiments. Paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Comfy & Cozy Stay are always stacked for every guest that stay here! Also, it's imperative to inform yourselves on a State you're coming to visit for the 1st time, if not then I could've more than assisted you w/ the know-how. For instance, the entire State Of Alaska doesn’t have ACs in any unit. Why because in Alaska, there's only heaters in every unit, AC provided in this State are fans as well as outside cool air. This more than keeps the units cool during warmer summer Alaskan weather. F.Y.I., you came to the State in the month June which is the least amount night-time through the year. So experiencing no night time in this month is typical in this State. I have provided blinds in the bedroom that if you close it completely/properly it does a great job of reflecting the daylight off or from the room. You both also mentioned noise in the streets, this is a family neighborhood w/ middle income working class citizens. Children & adolescents are out during the day as there is a nearby park. But at nighttime it is quiet & peaceful, I know to be true for nearly 5 years as I too also live here. As a host, I have always responded to you both w/in mins of your questions, and/or requests so being a 4 rating is unacceptable w/ me going above & beyond throughout your entire stay!

Tom and Linda were gracious and great guests! It was very hospitable talking to them briefly during the beginning of their stay. The heater was just serviced after it's 5 year timeline be serviced. That coupled with the facts the heater was just cut back on after being turned down from the entire summer which is normal amongst us Alaskans were the reasons for it taking time to warm up. I did crack the heater up and personally provided the wife with an additional premium comforter so she could be comfortable. I am hands and very attentive and fast to respond as they eloquently stated not only with the Roe's who last stayed at "Comfy and Cozy Stay" but this a uniform and expected practice I do with past and future guests! As they stated I have made it clear even before booking that "Comfy and Cozy Stay" is on the second floor without an elevator, it is specifically stated that it is 15 steps to get to "Comfy and Cozy Stay" but there is also a handle leading to the stairs you can use to properly assist you while going up and while your walking down. But other than that, I definitely will re-host these guests again!

Don and Maggie were great guests. They were amazingly great guests. I was really impressed with how they treated the place like a "home away from home" feel. They had friends stay over for one night and it was no problem. Don and Maggie were really attentive to this host's "House Rules" and asked any questions they needed clarification on if they ever arose. I would recommend them staying here again or being guests at any other VRBO, due to them treating it like their own home. It is this host's hope that when they come back to Anchorage they are more than willing to re-book and re-stay at "Comfy and Cozy Stay", this host will gladly receive them with open arms....Abed

Rafael was a great guest. I definitely would re-host him again. He was able to be self-sufficient without relying too much on the host's attention. He only followed up with the host when absolutely needed. He took care "Comfy and Cozy Stay" as if it was his own place. I would definitely re-host him once again!

Maurice was an exceptional guest, he left "Comfy and Cozy Stay" in great condition! Cleaning after him was very minimal which is extremely impressive considering various of guests you host and their cleanliness and hygiene standards 🤔! Maurice was on top of the House Rules and he didn't need much guidance throughout his stay! I highly recommend that anyone else hosting him through VRBO and welcome him as a guest amd host him with the best of his/her abilities because he's one of those guests that's one of one! I would definitely and gladly if he decides to re-book with "Comfy and Cozy Stay" to host him again if he's traveling to Alaska again in the future!
