Luxury condo direct oceanfront in New Smyrna Beach

Newly renovated, luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo - 1200 square feet with ocean, beach and pool views. Elevator access - top (6th) floor (no upstairs neighbors). Access to New Smyrna's world famous beautiful beach is just off the pool deck. Located just one-half mile south of Flagler Ave and New Smyrna's most popular shopping center including dozens of restaurants, grocery stores, and lively evening entertainment. Walking distance to Chases on the Beach, Breakers, Flagler Avenue and the Tiki Bar.

We recently remodeled the condo, and it is beautiful, with awesome direct views of the ocean and beach. The Master Suite/Bath was just completed to give you a spa-like experience! NEW pillow-top king bed and new 50" Smart TV. All the appliances are newer, and the kitchen has granite counters. NEW hardwood floors in both bedrooms! We spend time there when it's not rented, so we have beach towels, a cooler, books, games, etc., to make you feel more at home. We just updated the linens, bath, and bedding in both suites (including 800 thread count sheets!) The second bedroom has 2 NEW pillow-top queen beds and a new 44" Smart TV, and a new closet organizer. The oversized Family Room has a brand NEW sectional plus a new full-size sofa bed and a 65" Smart TV. There is also free WIFI, and if you need secure, high-speed internet, that is available for an additional $20.

We have also just added Plantation Shutters to both bedroom windows, and the master suite also has room-darkening curtains. Plus, the entire master bath and closet have just been remodeled - we can't wait for you to see it!!

The Pelican has recently undergone complete concrete restoration, and all Sliders and windows have been replaced with Impact-resistant glass, there is new landscaping on the street side and poolside!

Fabulous unit in beautiful building

My first time using VRBO and it was such a breeze. The communication was great and the condo was beautiful and spotless. Memories are included in the price and can be kept forever….which is nice! Thank you and we cant wait to return.

The property and condo were well maintained. The elevators can be a bit unreliable, but the unit is between two, so it was never truly an issue. Cindy was always easy to reach whenever we had questions.

Amazing Oceanfront Stay

Beautiful condo with picture perfect views. Cindy’s home was well equipped, extremely clean and Cindy was delightful to interact with. The Pelican is perfect distance to all the restaurants in NSB while still being in a relaxing atmosphere. Great walking on the beach and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in NSB

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The unit was as advertised. A nice layout, a spacious living room with wide views of the ocean, a pleasant balcony with plenty of seating, comfortable bedrooms, and a closet full of beach accessories. The location within NSB was great, just minutes away from local grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The condo's general amenities were also great, with two large pools, shuffleboard courts, and great beach access. Finally, we had a nice experience with the owner, who successfully accommodated our stay with little lead time and kept in communication with us to make sure everything worked out. Great stay!

The only downside was the construction which resulted in limited parking. For the last 3 years every place we stayed at had construction going on. Other than that we could not have asked for more.

Amazing beach view from awesome condo

Communication leading up to vacation was amazing. All details provided. Checkin was seamless and it helps that there is a keyless entry w a code so you can go straight to condo! Amazing when you have kids!!! Views from the condo of the beach and pool are spectacular. Condo was very clean. Owner was efficient at communicating and answering text message questions when needed during our stay! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay! The condo is just as described. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and right on the beach. The condo is well stocked in kitchen items, beach items (which we didn’t use, but it’s there), extra towels, trash bags, etc. The beds slept comfortably. Plenty of seating in the living room. The balcony had a beautiful view and we loved the chairs. The pool and pool area was very clean and cleaned each morning. Overall it was a great condo, location and experience! We will definitely be back! Cindy was wonderful to answer questions, and respond quickly.

Fantastic

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The set-up of the condo is fantastic. Guessing the architect that designed the development, started from the beach and work backward from there, making sure that unless you are in one of the bedrooms (in the back of the unit), the ocean is the feature. When you cook, the ocean is in your face. When you watch TV, the ocean is in your face. When you pour a drink, its while you are looking at the beach. From a logistical standpoint, the check in process could not have been easier and the owner (Cindy) was proactive and responsive. Thanks, Cindy!! We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.

NSB vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Had an issue with the A/C sensor but was resolved the following day. There was construction going on daily that started by 8am each day. Important to know that.

No complaints other than the absence of paper products. So be prepared and bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Gas grills by the pool were a great perk.

Perfect relaxing getaway

We had a great time during our 4 night stay. First family vacation with our 11 month old. Felt very safe as we have been extremely cautious with covid. The place was very clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. Being able to quickly get to pool (one was heated) and the beach was very important with a baby. There are carts in the stair hallways- helpful tip when packing up your house like we did full of baby things! The beach and pool were never crowded. Close to restaurants. Host was great and extremely quick to answer all questions. We hope to come back again!

My family has been coming to New Smyrna Beach for years. As my children grew up, this as the place we would always visit. It is family friendly and a nice quaint little town. Our dream was always to own a condo here since we visit often - you will love it here!
