FYI there is a Kuerig machine and we provide a variety of pods, which most people prefer to a standard drip machine. We also allow control of the thermostat which was set to 72. There is also a large floor fan on a stand.

Maggie and family were exceptional guests with great communication. Hope to see them again!

We strive for an excellent experience for all guests. Carol stayed with us for a full month and said only that everything was great. We have professional cleaners who work very hard and do an excellent job. The primary bath was recently remodeled. There is both a Keureg and drip coffee maker. The front door was recently replaced and is still waiting for the new threshold. The door does have a proper and new $400 Schlage lock.

We were sorry to have damage from hurricane Nicole which temporarily disabled the beach staircase. Unfortunately this stay was during repairs and all future guest will have easy beach assess. Before and during this stay we had frequent communication so everyone was well informed. We were happy to answer detailed questions several times per day about all aspects of our home big and small. We work to have a kitchen that is fully stocked. However, we appreciate feedback from those with special needs whose vacations require large quantities of kitchen towels.

We work hard to respond to all issues and provide a great experience to all guests. Please note our other reviews. Angela Lovell was the worst guest in 5 years of hosting 2 properties and should be denied future stays at any property. She brought 2 small dogs unauthorized dogs that covered every surface, all linens and most of the furniture with pet hair. We replaced all linens due to allergies and paid signifcant cleaning fees. We were always responsive and offered a handyman to unclog the shower and check the wifi. She refused due to unauthorized dogs.
