We couldn't have asked for a better experience at this downtown location townhouse. It was exactly as described in the description, and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, welcoming, well provisioned, and the owner was very accomodating and had exceptional communication with us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to any future guest looking to be near this particular location, with a great kitchen, and having excellent entertaining space for family. Having the Publix grocery just around the corner offered desirable food options rather than always going out. This property will be first on my list when returning to this location for a future stay. Many the other people at our event stayed at the Luminary, and they much preferred this unit to their rooms after visiting. This property is a real winner!
Parking space on the street is only steps from the front door.

Kitchen had a variety of cooking equipment, dishes and utensils. This made cooking very easy. The laundry was equipped with detergent and machines worked great. The beds ad linens were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond and even accommodated us early for checkinā€”we really appreciated it! We only wish there was a vacuum for easier cleanup throughout our stay. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home!

A hidden gem! Excellent host Loree and Jason.. gorgeous condo with great location to explore nearby communities and the beach. Very clean, comfortable stay for our family of 4. We will return again.

Phenomenal rental with great location

This home exceeded our expectations. It was so lovely and clean and so convenient to all that First Street has to offer. Jason and Loree, our hosts, were amazing. So quickly to accommodate any requests, etc. Would highly, highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Amazing

From beginning to end the communication, the follow up, the professionalism and the hospitality that I received were all A1! I would give more than five stars if that was an option! It was EXACTLY as advertised and the property owners are awesome communicators! I will definitely return when I am in town again and if you choose to stay there, you will return as well!

Perfect for wedding guests of Luminary hotel!

This townhouse could not have been more perfect for our family and we were blown away with how modern, clean and functional it was. Everything in the house felt very new and clean, which was so great as our 8.5 month old was on the move crawling! The beds were quite comfortable and we really appreciated everything that was available for us to use (shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, towels, kitchen supplies, laundry, etc). Overall we were very impressed and the location was so perfect as we were attending a wedding with events at the luminary hotel down the street. Being less than half a mile from the hotel and the bar/restaurants nearby, it was a 6 uber whenever we needed to get home. Hard to beat even though we had a rental car and the townhouse had very convenient parking right out front. Definitely will look for this place again should we be visiting fort Myers in the future!

Home Away From Home

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing week at this beautiful condo close to downtown Ft. Myers. Loree and Jason's property is a spacious, 2-story getaway that feels like home. The spotless living space boasts a large-screen smart TV and comfy furniture. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, high-quality sheets, a large walk-in shower and double sinks. The quiet, energy-efficient appliances, including the in-unit washer/dryer, are an added bonus. We look forward to a return visit the next time we are in the area!

Amazing place to stay!!!

What a super clean and super cute/ fancy place! Host was so responsive and the place is beautiful! Great to have a grocery store 100 yards away. Loved it and will stay here any time Iā€™m in Ft Meyers. Easy walk to downtown.

Awesome Townhouse

We only stayed one night, but loved every minute of it. The house is super clean, beautifully decorated. Super comfy beds, has everything you need. The location is great as are the owners. I wouldnā€™t stay anywhere else, this place is it!

Beautiful view and location

Had to be in Ft Myers for work and hate hotels. The check in instructions are outstanding and include pictures and check out requirements are very minimum. Communication responses were very quick and the beds are comfortable which is a huge plus. The view from the back patio and pool area is outstanding.
