Amazing New Pool/Canal 3 King,1 Queen sofa bed,2 Bath,Near Beach+Times Square

This 3 king bedroom, one queen sofa bed, 2 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of the Times Square area. Just one block to Times Square and the beach. Enjoy the peaceful heated pool located next to the canal. Fish off the dock. BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large center island with 6 barstools, A living room including a queen sofa bed, and a 70 inch flat screen TV, 2 full bathrooms, 2 decks, a laundry, and 3 king bedrooms each with a TV. This unit sleeps up to 8 people total. The kitchen is fully equipped. Provided also are many pool toys, sand toys, beach cart, beach chairs, and a rolling cooler. Sit on the dock and watch the boats, dolphins and manatee's go by. For the youngsters there is a high chair, infant seat, porta crib, booster seat, stroller, games and toys. This property is located across the street from Beach House which is a 4 king, 2 bath, pool, and tiki bar home. Put them together for a large family gathering. Paradise Cove ll is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Recommend staying here 10/10!! Tess was extremely responsive and so helpful—hostess with the mostest! Every aspect of property was super clean and so accommodating. The location seriously couldn’t be any more perfect or convenient! I did not want to leave and can’t wait to stay there again!

Weekend getaway

This is a great property in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. Walking distance to everything. 1 block from the restaurants and shops and only 2 short blocks to the beach. Perfect location. Beautiful house on the canal with a pool. The house is very nice and clean. The owner is super accommodating and was very helpful with our arrival and departure from the property.

We loved the property! The property is very well maintained and we loved the pool overlooking the canal. We saw dolphins and a couple of manatees in the canal right by us. Its so close to everything and the beach is a quick walk away. Great Location.

Great spot!

Travelled with 3 toddlers and this place was perfect! Lots of sand toys to take to the beach! Great location. We walked everywhere!

Close to Everything

House had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool and spent a majority of their time there. We rented a boat and parked it on the canal. Owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. Location was great, easy walk to several good restaurants. Times Square beach was crowded both days we went down, so we mostly just took the boat out to find more private locations. Was nice to be able to bring the dog along and the fee was reasonable.

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location was fantastic. The lay out of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. We really appreciated the screened in pool. We do a great deal of cooking and the kitchen was well appropriated. The owner was easy to communicate with. No complaints at all!!

A great get-away

I rented Tess' place for a week in May to celebrate my 30th birthday with my siblings and their spouses. The good: The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. This house is a-w-e-s-o-m-e. The pool is salt water and nice and deep and huge. There's a bar and a little apartment. The master bathroom has a bidet and the master bed adjusts and vibrates lol. There was more than enough room to spread out and have some space if you need it. It is located on the canal and if you hop in one of the three kayaks you are a few strokes away from the back bay. The house itself is RIGHT around the corner from downtown. The sunsets are amazing, the local restaurants are really cool. I loved it. The (not bad, but, idk... notable?) - It was just bad luck but the air went out on our last night there and it was so hot and humid. Tess was as responsive and helpful as it was reasonable to expect her to be at 8pm on a Friday night. But that was a bummer. -The downstairs apartment is a little musty. If that smell is something you are sensitive to, keep the teenagers down there lol.

Great Holiday Getaway!

From booking through our stay everything was easy. Tess is very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries. The place was clean and large enough for our whole family. A lot of room in the open concept living space, although most of our time was spent by the pool which also has a lot of room. Would definitely recommend to any family!

Great location, room for all

This property was in a fantastic location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the space with room for all. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed watching the fish in the light in the canal at night. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

GREAT Location!!!

Had a fantastic time in this house! Mid July with 4 couples. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Made friends with neighbors on both sides. House is great; master bedroom has adjustable massage bed and bidet in bathroom—surprise bonus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bar area was great and ice maker well used!! Fish light attracts fish every night and there’s a bar in the dock for hanging by the water. In laws stayed in downstairs apartment and it was great to have an extra fridge and bathroom (fridge also behind bar). Tess was friendly and helpful and If I have any suggestions for her it would be to request the cleaning people tidy up the outside area in the back and outdoor shower periodically. All was good once we cleaned up a little, and we spent lots of time out there. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, pier, and on weekends there’s a band outside in Times Square, street performers, and additional activities. Thanks Tess for everything—we had a great time!!!

Great place to relax

Location is perfect for walking to everything you want. House is clean and almost everything needed is provided. Our only complaints are the fishing rods were not in good condition and the grill was not cleaned. Wonderful sidenote, the dining room made a great backup plan for our rained out beach wedding ceremony!

We own Paradise Cove, sleeping 6-8 people, has a pool, bar and canal, Beach House across the street from these two, 4 king bedrooms, two bath, pool and Tiki Bar, Heavenly Tropics, 4 king, 3 bath, Tiki Bar, and pool, And Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not here. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you don't see the options you want or if this calendar is full, please contact us anyway! The privacy and serenity are abundant are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away, It is one block to the Times Square area and a half a block to the shops and restaurants, Sit by the pool, Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins go by, Sit at your private bar and feel as if you are on a private island. Kayak the canal with the two available kayaks.

The view from the upstairs deck is breathtaking! It has lagoon and ocean view! Enjoy a cocktail at the private bar. Take a trip down the canal with the two available kayaks. Once you have relaxed take the five-minute walk to Times Square and visit our tropical themed shops. Prices are reasonable everywhere on the beach. Our restaurants boast many specials. If you don't eat out enjoy the well equipped kitchen or cook on the outdoor grill at Paradise Cove. Welcome to all our guests!
