Villa beach robber Rügen

The Villa Strandräuber is a detached house with 140 square meters of living space and a large fully enclosed garden in the center of Zudar on the island of Rügen. Zudar is located in the middle of a bird sanctuary and offers with its surroundings a picturesque idyll with many small areas to pause and linger.

Throughout the house as well as in the garden you have internet access via W-LAN.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

In the garden you can relax on the partially covered terrace and on the open lawn or relax in the barrel sauna. Children have space to run around here and can slide, swing and dig in the sand on the pirate ship climbing frame.

The house was renovated at the end of 2019. This created a successful combination of old elements and modern. The Villa Strandräuber shines in a maritime country style.

On the ground floor there is an approximately 30 sqm living room with a cozy living area, a dining area and access to the garden.

The large kitchen and the large bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and window as well as the separate guest toilet with window can be reached via the hallway.

The three bedrooms are upstairs. One of them is furnished with a double bed, the other with two separate beds. The third bedroom is set up as a children's room with a double bed, a play kitchen, a play mat, building blocks, children's books and board games.

For the children there are also high chairs, potties, toilet glasses, a stool and a travel cot. All sockets, windows as well as the stovetops in the kitchen and the stairs are provided with a child lock.

In the basement there is the washing machine and dryer, as well as space for hanging laundry, if it were not so cheap in the garden due to the weather.

The kitchen is equipped with a small dining table with two chairs, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, waffle iron, cake tins and dishes and cutlery for children.

The shore of the Baltic Sea is about 300 meters from the house. The nearest beach can be reached on foot, by bike or by car after about 2.5 km.
The bike path, which runs from the mainland via the Glewitz ferry from Stahlbrode to Putbus, leads right past the house. In Putbus you can get into the Rasenden Roland and drive to Göhren.

On the opposite side of the house there is a bus stop from which you can drive to Putbus, Bergen or Binz.

We are happy to offer our guests laundry packages that they can book. A laundry package consists of a towel and a bath towel, a tea towel, a sauna towel and bed linen.
