Built in 2021, our spacious 2350 sq ft oasis boasts cathedral ceilings, 8 ft doorways, and two king master suites with attached bathrooms. An additional king bedroom with a twin bunk bed and attached bathroom, along with an open room featuring a queen Murphy bed, ensure ample space for relaxation. Enjoy modern amenities including high-speed internet, a private outdoor heated pool and spa, a screened-in back porch, and a 6-person golf cart (with the option to rent an additional 4-person golf cart). Enhance your stay with an Island Club North Captiva Membership, offering access to kayaks, bikes, a community pool/hot tub, and sports courts for a nominal fee.

Delight in captivating ocean views from the expansive deck, where you may even catch glimpses of small planes landing and taking off. North Captiva Island, accessible only by boat or small plane, offers a secluded paradise spanning approximately 4 miles in length. Favorite House on the Island

This was our third time staying on North Captiva, and life the first two times we loved every minute of our stay. But this time was different, it was better and it was this house that made the difference! From its location, to the layout of the house we absolutely loved it! The pool a d spa were a huge hit for everyone! The spa heater worked very well, unlike other homes that we have stayed at. Shally’s grocery service was amazing and worth every penny of the fee! We will never do it any other way. Arriving after a long day of travel to find the fridge and pantry stocked with food was a very comforting. This is a wonderful home for a family with kids or up to three couples(each room has a minimum a nice king bed). The open layout of the common areas makes time together intimate, while the room layout makes you feel like you have the place all to yourself. I recommend this place to my family and friends and whoever else wants to visit the island. Oh, and the golf cart was amazing! It was like driving a limo, we road around the island in comfort and style.

While my husband thrives as a landscape contractor in Michigan, I'm dedicated to my role as a pediatric RN at the University of Michigan.

Our family is a vibrant bunch, encompassing 5 children ranging in age from 13 to 35, along with 2 wonderful sons-in-law, 1 cherished daughter-in-law, and the joy of our lives, 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughter. Traveling with our loved ones has been the cornerstone of our family adventures, resulting in countless cherished memories.
