Beautifully remodeled 2 bed / 2 bath home located less than 1 min drive to Laguna Beach!! Whitest sand and best sunsets ever. 2 mins from World famous Thomas Donuts!! Plenty of free parking beachside. Our home features 43" Roku TVs in both bedrooms and a 50" Roku TV in the living room. Main has a king bed with ensuite walk-in shower and private restroom. Guest has queen bed with a extra twin pull-out mattress underneath. Guest bath has tub. Kitchen features new stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Nice private seating area in the back with a charcoal grill ready to cook your fresh seafood. All end tables, night stands, beds, outdoor furniture and a lot of the decorations were handmade by us to create a unique experience for our guests. Enjoy!!!

The place was very nicely renovated. It is a nice quiet area & close to the beach !!! Very accommodating for a family with kids. The Owner Willie was a great host and hope to return in the future.

This was the perfect place for us to stay to enjoy a nice little vacation. The house was very clean, accessible, close to the beach, and had lots of extra things to help make our trip more enjoyable. The owner was amazing and helpful when we ran into an issue with the AC on our last night. They did everything they could to help fix the situation. 10/10 stay and would highly recommend this place for a stay in PCB!

Excellent vacation house

We enjoyed our stay immensely at the house, close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back!!

The place was clean, organized, and right down the street from the beach! Beds were comfortable, and we have nothing negative to say! Will definitely consider returning!

Best Experience!

This home itself was very nicely put together, very cute inside. The owner was super helpful, very communicative and even offered some good local spots which we did try! The walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Definitely will stay here again!

BEST STAY IN TOWN EVER!

We have stayed in multiple properties in town prior, this was the best by far! Property was spotless, communication with owners was 5+ stars. Location is AMAZING! Our family lives in town (across the street) and having easy access to them was exactly what we were looking for. The shower outside is perfect. We will definitely be back!

Just back from an awesome weekend! This property looks brand new! So cute and clean and perfect for a family getaway. The host was great to work with! It is just as pictured! The back yard set up was awesome!

A Little piece of Heaven

Personally, I loved it! very clean and impressionable had that beach feel. The neighborhood was quiet and a really short walk to the beach.

Relaxing and convenient

Very clean and comfortable. Very well appointed and attractive. The absence of clothes closets was a slight inconvenience. The owner was very friendly, supportive and easy to work with.

Just as described

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful property , inside was perfect and cozy. Right down the road from everything and the beach as well. Within minutes of what you may need for your stay. Property owner texts you and answers back on anything that may come up. I would totally recommend staying here.

Great cozy house

The accommodation (walking distance to the beach) has everything you need - and much more. There are many lovely details. This is pure holiday and beach atmosphere. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. Dear Willi, unfortunately we are now back in Germany. We felt very comfortable in your beautiful house. Thank you for your kind care. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was better than expected. Very Clean. Check in and talking to Willie was easy. Walk to the beach. Quiet. State Parks very close. Grocery story within walking distance. Stay here. Drive 5 minutes to the crowds at Panama City Beach.

Perfect!

Our experience was fantastic. It was exactly as described and pictured, and I personally felt it was even cuter in person! It was perfect for our small crew of 6. My 2 younger boys just slept on the couches, and it worked well! There were some amenities provided and the outside shower was definitely a plus! Willie was very responsive any time I had questions prior to and during our stay! We will absolutely consider their place again when we come back!

Lovely

This was a great place to stay! Neighbors were friendly done us just fine for a week vacation. Far away from everything busy but just short ride to anything you want to do. Beach was a short walk down the road and was not very crowded. Quiet, relaxing place. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill. Beds were a little firm for our taste but not bad still rested well! Plenty of towels! The owners answer quickly when asking a question and even checked on us while we were there! Highly recommend staying here!! If you want a place to relax out of the “spring break” crowd this is it!

Thank you for considering our home for your beach getaway!! We are Willie & Nikki Spurgeon and Laguna Beach has been our favorite area to go relax for the last 10+ years. We finally made the decision to buy a place here in December 2021. We have one amazing son named Levi who loves the beach (& Thomas Donuts) just as much as us so we though buying a place would give us more opportunities to enjoy the area! I own a sign company and my wife owns a dog training business both located in Chattanooga, TN. We have a horse farm as well that we've also built a 18 hole disc golf course on where we occasionally hold tournaments. We completely remodeled Seas the Day ourselves from bottom to top / inside and out for our guests to enjoy. We handmade all the nightstands, beds, end tables, kitchen table, outdoor furniture and many of the decorations ourselves to help create a unique experience our guests would remember. We hope you enjoy your stay & come back again soon!!

Because it's in beautiful Laguna Beach!!! West-end PCB is where the locals go to the beach. If you know you know!! No high-rises allowed and no commercial development at the beach means less people, less traffic and MUCH nicer beaches!!! Less than 10 mins to Pier Park and about 20 mins to Seaside! 2 mins to World Famous Thomas Donuts!! Close to everything without being right in the middle of everyone. Come find out why the west-end is the best end!!!
