Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort!! Enjoy our beautifully decorated/clean/private condo as you relax by the emerald blue waters and white soft sand. Our 4TH FLOOR end unit offers the most privacy at Tidewater, with no windows on the public hallway, and you can also SKIP the ELEVATOR and use the staircase conveniently located close to condo!!

We also offer EARLY CHECK-IN at 2:30!! You will be able to beat the rush of others checking in that day! Also included with your stay:

The host was fantastic! She answered our questions within a few minutes which made our stay more enjoyable and stress free. The unit was well laid out and quiet. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and easy access to the elevator, stairs and garbage shoot. The balcony let us view spectacular sunsets over the water.
Every evening interesting and breathtaking sunsets.

Great condo as advertised, and the property owners were quick to respond to any questions. They also granted us access well before check in time which was awesome. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Take advantage of their early check in, you won’t regret it but will if you wait. Park on the second floor across from the building and walk over. There is a load/unload zone to simplify things. Go straight to the front desk and get your key for the outside doors/parking pass/and leave them your license take the cart and fill it up and unload it in your room. Take it down quickly so you don’t get stuck waiting at the elevators or in the line to get your ID back. This is a great place to stay. The owners are wonderful to work with and they stayed on top of every question/concern. The air was cold, great water pressure, all the pool toys, chairs, and beach things you will need. The owners absolutely took pride in making sure you have the things you need there to make the stay great. Don’t get too close to the pools with drinks security does not like that and take advantage of the bar down stairs by the east pool. Starbucks coffee is on the west side which is where the room is located just take the elevator right close to your door. No the elevators were not to loud. This is a corner balcony and you can see most of the sunset. The balcony was quiet, plenty of towels, plenty of shows for kids to watch on tv, and furniture was nice. We had one issue that was out of the owners control and it was resolved quickly. We will definitely book this room again, when we return. The beach service is a must, thank you for letting us use your home.

Pics don’t do justice!

Pictures truly don’t do justice! The owners have thought of everything & more. Kitchen is stocked, beach chairs, toys, comfy beds, & the place is absolutely beautiful! 3 pools including an indoor heated pool. But we stayed at the one off of our balcony. McDonalds right across the street & only a short walk to plenty of other nicer restaurants. The attention to detail in the place is everything. Away from all of the noise & chaos! Balcony view was perfect. Elevator was a tad slow, it expected for the time of year. Still 10/10! Will 100% be repeat guest, we come to PCB a few times a year & this will be our new permanent vacation place I believe! Thanks for having us!

Friend get away

Jen/Jess have a lovely corner condo with very comfortable accommodations. We were treated with a nice bottle of sparkling grape juice upon arrival…nice touch. Owners were very accommodating when we had to change our reservation date and they promptly responded to our correspondence. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely Condo

Very clean and loved the location in building. Jennifer and Jessica were very gracious and helpful. Had a small problem with living room TV but owners were pronto to remedy! Will gladly recommend to anyone wanting to visit PCB.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time while here. It was a great spot for us to connect with some family members we dont get to see often enough. There was a great view and everything we needed was pretty much there. We live only a couple hours away so pretty much have a lot to select from and this was a great option.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the location of this condo. It was the perfect size for our family. The hurricane did cut our trip short but the owner was so nice and even refunded the nights we didn’t stay.

Fall Break

The property is located not far from Pier Park. We did have an issue with most of the elevators not working for a few days but by mid week they were working. The unit was nice and very clean.

Great Week at the beach!

Everything was just like the pictures. We had a wonderful stay! The fourth floor was picture perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean and looking over the big pool. The bed is the master bedroom was so comfortable too!

400 tidewater

Our stay was fantastic. It was a pleasure staying with you all but the only thing I would change is the king size mattress. It is definitely time for a brand new mattress for the master bedroom. Spend the 500.00 or 600.00 on a memory foam from Sams or Costco. Don’t take this as a bad review because the owners are wonderful people and they will make sure your stay is good.

Nice location

The location was perfect. The host had everything as expected. The early check in for this condo was perfect! It really got our first day off to a great start. The only negative was the elevator situation; which was a little ridiculous.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

The owners of this unit are amazing! The communication they have with you before, during, and after is better than any I have ever experienced with renting any other unit. They also give you recommendations on things to do while at PCB, something no other owner we have rented from has ever done and it was very much appreciated. We actually went on an excursion Jess suggested and we absolutely loved it. We went kayaking down a river to a crystal clear spring and it was gorgeous, we would have never known about this little gem had Jess not given the suggestion and this will be something we do every year from now on thanks to her. The room was so very nice and spacious and we appreciate them sharing their unit with us as renters. You can’t go wrong with this unit and the owners!

We are two families who love vacationing together, and love the gorgeous white beaches of Panama City, and all the activities that keep our children (ages 6 - 19) very busy and happy while we are there! Our husbands are brothers who have been best friends all of their lives, and we are privileged to be raising our families together in the same town near Dayton, Ohio. Our eight children are also the best of friends, and we look forward to many more fun trips down to the beach together in years to come!

After five years of searching up and down the beautiful white, sandy beaches of the Florida Panhandle for a place to call our own, we stumbled upon Tidewater Beach Resort in November 2012 when vacationing together in PCB. We fell in love with the family-friendly feel, the wonderful ammenities, and of course, the spectacular water views everywhere we looked. When this unit became available and we saw that it was the homey corner unit floor plan that we loved, and the lower floor location we were hoping for, we jumped on it and closed within 10 days!!

Tidewater is truly a 'Paradise Found' for us, and home away from home. We have furnished and equipped our condo to meet our (picky) standards, and we look forward to sharing our blessings with many new friends in the years to come!!
