Luxury Private Villa (4 bedrooms - each with ensuite bath and walkout) centrally located and perched on a ridge in an upscale private neighborhood, overlooking Grace Bay. Stunning ocean views and just steps from a mostly private beach. Well equipped with many amenities and private heated infinity salt pool. Close to all shopping and activities. Beautiful city skyline views night and day, with occasional firework displays to light up the sky. We have recently refurbished the entire Villa inside and out!

Wonderful stay. Easy booking, checkin and checkout, etc. House has everything you could possibly need. Really well thought out and well appointed. Location is fantastic and the walk to the beach is under 5 minutes to your own reserved chairs (awesome feature).

Home away from home

We had a great stay at the Coral View Villa!! Check in was smooth, the accomodations were wonderful, they had all of the essentials from basic needs, to the little things that were needed for a week's stay. Everytime we thought we needed something, they had it. The location was great for the 4 minute walk to the beach. We did rent a vehicle to explore other beaches, but this was by far the best location in our opinion. The communication and reccomendations were great. Highly recommend and we will be back next visit!!

First visit...Great time.

The property was well maintained and perfect for the 4 couples. Jasmine is a super star........she took care of all our requests and was available at any time of day. Beach was great and private. We are looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

Great Villa

Home was very well equipped with everything you need. Pool was great rooms were nice except for the outside bedroom near pool was very noisy from the busy street below. Other than that it was a perfect vacation spot

Paradise

We had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos and the property was amazing just as pictured and described. Communication was quick and check in was great with a tour of the property when we arrived. Jasmine was excellent about answering any questions we had. The location was wonderful. We rented a car and were wherever we wanted to go in very little time. It was quiet and relaxing on the beach and the pool was great too. It was the PERFECT getaway and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful house, perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to private beach. Gary and Mary were great to work with and our concierge team was wonderful. The GPS brings you to the back entrance of the house, that is the only thing. Thanks for everything!

Lovely Villa

This is such a lovely Villa. It is super clean, well appointed and has a nice layout. Safe. Great view. Easy to get to. Everyone was so helpful. Great communication with the owner and Jasmine. We all had a restful and relaxing vacation. We will absolutely come back to this Villa.

celebrating my 30th birthday

It was perfection at its finest…Never experienced a stay like this. I went to Turks and Caicos for my 30th birthday with my friends and I'm so happy I came across this villa each of my friends enjoyed their space and loved every detail in the house, we didn't want to leave even the staff were sweet anything we needed “Nulka” which was the property manager, was available. It was a 10 out of 10 stay! absolutely loved it. Thank you guys so much and highly recommend to anyone visiting the island to book this villa.

Great family house

Great house for our family with 3 kids. It’s just a short walk to the most beautiful picturesque beach! The beach is public but it feels private as you have the whole thing to yourself. The house is fully equipped with plenty of beach chairs, floats, coolers and other toys. We loved having designated beach loungers and umbrellas set up on the beach each day. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crook pot. Food and restaurants are very pricey so we stayed in a few nights and made meals. Beds are cozy, everyone slept well. We liked having a front gate and motion lights around the property. Pool was nice and the outdoor space has plenty of seating. Juliet from the property management company was great, very responsive. She greeted us when we arrived and came to say goodbye before we left. We’ll be back to Turks and would book this property again.

island paradise

We had an amazing holiday at Coral View Villa….the property, inside and out, is beautiful…newly renovated, very comfortable decor and beds, each of us had our own bedroom, complete with ensuite…..also a new, spacious suite with ocean view…perfectly private for four couples ….fully-equipped kitchen, even cookbooks with favourite recipes over the oven, lots of water toys…..all rooms have an ocean view….we did the 4 minute walk to the beach a couple of times a day…the beach was incredible, private loungers and umbrellas, miles of white sand, clear turquoise water, we even brought a picnic !!…hosts were very accommodating for booking….all amenities close by——groceries, wine cellar, pharmacy…I loved it !! can’t wait to come back to Coral View

Villa with a beautiful view

We were met at the door by sweet Jasmine with a tasty punch drink. She gave us the grand tour.. The home is beautiful and well equipped. All four couples were happy with their rooms. Comfy beds, crisp sheets, clean accommodations. Kitchen was well equipped. Nothing more to ask for. We spent much of our time under the pergola, in the pool, playing cribbage and enjoying the great view. Just chilling! We are a bunch of ol fogies so some of us drove to the beach and some did the steps. Either way it was minutes away. We walked down to the reef to snorkel by coral gardens. It was a wonderful week for us. Our only complaint was mosquitoes in the evening. Bring bug spray. Thank you so much.

Relaxing and spacious retreat

This is a perfect house to relax, enjoy the weather and view, and have common space for gathering indoors or outdoors. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of serving places, some basics spices, pots and pans, etc. There are some beach toys, a couple of snorkle sets, life jackets and pool floats in the laundry room. A rental car is useful in this location to get groceries and get to excursions or restaurants. We highly recommend the house for groups with adults or older kids. With young children, the steps to the beach path might be tricky. Two bedrooms have external doors—one is a beautiful king bedroom loft over the garage just across the driveway, the other is a queen bedroom with a door on the pool deck. The rooms are spacious and clean! Nearly everything has been considered and provided! The house manager is prompt to reply to a text. They really want to help you enjoy your vacation!

Phenomenal Home In Tucks and Caicos

This home is the cleanest rental that you can find. There wasn't a speck of dust to be found. The kitchen is well appointed with the latest appliances and well stocked with any kitchen item needed. The expansive pool deck is where we spent most of our time when we were home, especially after dinner. The views, day or night, are relaxing. The easy walk to the beach was down private stairs with 42 steps, across a street and an easy walk between 2 houses. On the beach were 4 beach lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas dedicated to Coral View and a spectacular view of Grace Bay. We snorkeled the reef right from the beach and Smiths Reef was an easy walk along the beach. The house is an easy walk to many restaurants. The layout of the house is laid out where 2 of the 4 bedrooms have their own private entrances and ensuite bathrooms. This is ideal for both families and couples. There are wild roosters on the island that like to crow early in the morning as the sun rises, telling you it is time to enjoy the day. Jasmine and her staff were very responsive to any question or need that may arise and were a joy to work with.

Tropical Paradise on Grace Bay Beach

We recently returned from a week stay at the newly built, beautiful Coral View Villa where all our expectations were exceeded from prior to arrival until our departure. Jasmine was a fantastic Property Manager and resource that consistently communicated with all our travel/arrival concerns and she continued to stay engaged and accessible during our stay. She gave fantastic recommendations for dining, activities, local hot spots and so much more. The Coral View Villa is a beautifully appointed home with views out of a magazine. The home is located in a very private, newly built area of only two other homes that serves up great amenities and top end finishes and is perfect for individuals that would rather sit outside all day long with the perfect pool setting. We had a private beach access just a short walk from the house where there too, had a private beach area just for CVV visitors that included chairs and umbrellas with the breathtaking beach of Grace Bay. The beach was completely secluded. There were additional chairs, coolers, toys and so much more that were thoughtfully considered for guest staying at the Villa. To say we enjoyed our stay at Coral View immensely, would be an understatement. Truly felt like your own little piece of paradise. Great hosts and great management. Highly recommend!!!

We have visited numerous Caribbean Islands over the years and fell in love with Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. It was always hard to leave TCI thus we returned many, many times. We just couldn't get enough of this "Beautiful By Nature" Island, and finally in 2022 decided to call it our second home.

Coral View Villa is special to us because of its amazing upscale neighborhood location in The Bight, and perched on a rise overlooking Grace Bay beach. Nestled in the center of the Island and close to every available activity, but quietly secluded in a private getaway. Can't get much better than that. We have recently refurbished our entire Villa inside and out. It has so many amenities and we 'd love to share them with you!
