Grace Bay Beach Walk Villa is suitable for large families (up to 8 people but it can be rented with next house for 8 people) that want privacy and seclusion in casual surroundings. The Villa has a private pool and is only 2 minutes to one of the best beaches in the world, Grace Bay Beach.
The villa is located on a private lot in the Lower Bight of Providenciales. This 4 bedroom villa has a covered outside sitting area and a private pool. The beach has beautiful soft white sand and is perfect for children. It is in the center of the hotel district. Want to be the only person on the beach? There are a lot of secluded private beaches near the location of the villa. National park protected coral reefs are only a 5 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of delicious food in walking distance along the beachā€¦ did I mention sometimes you will find the best gelato on the island and it will stroll right past you in a cooler. The villa is located between Beaches Resort and Windsong Resort in a residential area amongst other medium to large sized villas.
The Beach is spectacular and the villa is near restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, The Casino, Marina, and Bars.
The villa brand new with a Modern Kitchen, New Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, 4 Bathrooms, Indoor and Outdoor Lounge Furniture, New High Quality Linens, Indoor and Outdoor dining, Flat Screen TV, New Sofas, 5 Air Conditioning Units.
Included with the price is a Nice Towels for Beach,& Pool, Beach chairs, Parking, Wi-Fi, Cable feed to US Stations.
Step onto Grace Bay Beach in 2 minutes (everybody is walking in swimming suits), take only a credit card for a few restaurants and bars on the beach (5-15 minutes walk)
Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and ceiling fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms, please do not use the air conditioning with the doors and windows open, air conditioning is metered separately. It is free, if used judiciously.

The Villa Kinga is a wonderful place to relax. Extremely clean, modern and fully equipped with everything that you need. Amazing location. The host is responsive and accommodating. We had an amazing time.

Amazing home. Super well equipped and high end everything. Plenty of space inside and out. A/C worked well. Great outdoor spaces and the separate bedrooms in the separate mini buildings were great for privacy. Host was responsive and we had a great time. Close to the beach. We would def come here again.

This property is exceptional! Great layout and lots of space to hang out or socialize. The pool was used every day and was clean and well maintained. Everything we could possibly need was onsite and access-able. The manager was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues we had. What a great house!

This place was perfect. From the check in to the check out, it was easy. The place is exactly as described. It has everything you would need on vacation, from the kitchen accessories to the pool to beach accessories ( towels , chairs and umbrellas). A short walk to the beach where snorkeling and other activities can occur.

Perfect Location

We stayed here for 7 nights with 3 other couples. The house was exactly like the pictures and had everything thing we needed along with beach towels and chairs! We were within walking distance of the beach, with miles of pristine sand and plenty of space to call our own. The house was walking distance to the Thursday Fish Fry, Somewhere Bar and Pink Bar, all a must visit. There was construction all around us, however, how the property is laid out, it was not an issue at all, it was paradise! The owner was very responsive to all my messages. If we come back to Turks, we are definitely staying there again!

We stayed at Kinga Villa and the place was awesome. It is a beautiful Villa and was very clean.

Andrew was very helpful and good to work with. We rented the Kinga Villa and it was a beautiful place located 5 minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Spectacular Home with Beach Access

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The house comfortably slept 8 (4 couples) and was fully stocked with all the essentials including beaxh towels, coolers and beach chairs. Grace Bay Beach was a only 4 minute walk and we were a 5 - 10 minute drive from so many great restaurants, resorts and shops. Our host Andrew was highly responsive and made sure that we had a stellar stay.

Very Nice Property in a Great Location

What you see is what you get - the pictures are recent and accurate. This is a newer villa in a great location. Short walk to Grace Bay and Somewhere Bar & Grill. Includes a nice rolling cooler, nice beach chairs and towels.

Great Villa - Great Location!

The location, in my opinion, could not have been more perfect!! It is <5 min walk to the beach, and it is within walking distance (if one chose to walk, we also had a car) to excursions pick ups on Grace Bay beach and many restaurants (Somewhere, etc to the left and Mr. Groupers, Hemingway's, Bay Bistro, etc to the right). It was simply just great proximity to everywhere we went (ie, Turtle Cove, groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc).

Great Vacation

The house was just as described and was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was very private and everything was in very good condition. The outside was perfect there was plenty of covered space. The location was great, only a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Andrew was very accessible and helpful.

Just perfect!

We couldn't have asked for more of our stay at Villa Kinga! We had 3 generations of family with us and we all had a wonderful time. The property is just beautiful and the layout and spacing perfect for the 8 of us. The outdoor area was the best for reading together, jumping in the pool, outdoor meals, and just relaxing. The location was ideal to the beach, fun restaurants, and just a 15-20 minute drive away from a plethora of attractions and activities. We have been to many properties around the world and this was the best equipped kitchen that met all of our chef and foodie needs. Aggie was so accommodating and a pleasure to meet. We will definitely come here again when we return to TC!

Great Villa!

The villa was clean and fully furnished. The location does require a car to access the Grace Bay area ~ 5 minute drive. It also near the super market ~ 4 minute drive. A car is highly recommended. Beyond that the beach is within walking distance and has decent snorkeling right off the coast. Somewhere is the nearest restaurant/bar and is about a 6 minute walk down the beach. Overall great stay and Andrew was a flexible and responsive host.

The Villa Kinga is wonderful for a family escape. The description is 100% accurate. Check in / Check out was a breeze. Within walking distance to several establishments. The recommended driver (Earl) was magnificent- he was never more than 10 min. away when needed. Margaret- ( property manager) responded immediately when need arose. 3 min. walk to the beach! Loved our stay. Would book again without reservation.

Unique and beautiful house

We has a fabulous time at this property and Andrew was most helpful when we had a slight problem with the electronic lock getting in. The pool was clean and central in the house and we had privacy in our own rooms. We did encounter much negativity when Margaret, the manager, visited us while searching for the physical key. She put a damper on our day with her negative attitude and words. Overall, though, we were much impressed with Andrew and the house. We recommend this property to anyone visiting the island.

Close to the beach, great accommodations

This is a wonderful property. Very short walk to the beach. The house worked great for four couples, we all had our own space and great communal space to hang out. The beds and couches were both very comfortable. Loved the pool and the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach! The extras like beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and spices in the kitchen made the stay even better. Andrew was very responsive to all of our questions. If you are looking for recommendations for restaurants or activities, we loved da conch shack and Omar's beach hut. We rented Kayaks from Big Blue Collective for the day and went to Iguana Island and the Mangroves, Sunset cruise from Ocean Vibes, and the jet ski tour to the Shipwreck from Sun and Fun Sea sports. Next time we would book Kite surfing lessons, they looked like so much fun!

Overall very happy with home and location . Nice outside shower and hose . Clean pool and refreshing . Manager was very helpful with activity advise . If we needed something they brought it. Loved the wall art . Had all the amenities at home didnā€™t need kitchen or bath supplies. Conā€™s are one of the bedrooms had a musty smell all week . Manager brought air fresher but only helped temporarily. The outdoor grill needs new grates they are rusted and could use more bath towels per bathroom. Other than that I would recommend the place and stay here again . Clean and relaxing vibe to the house . Nice job

Very nice property

Overall, this house was in a good location for our family. It was easy to find and private. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor spaces especially, and having four separate suites worked well. We liked that the house was close enough to walk down to the beach easily, and especially that it was close to the snorkeling. We went snorkeling either at Coral Gardens or at Smith's Reef most days. We did have a car, which made it much easier to get around. The one downside to the house is that our last night at the house, we were not as careful about bringing everything inside at night, and someone hopped the wall and took three pairs of shoes and a bathing suit. I would recommend that people be very careful and bring everything inside a locked door at night as there seems to be more petty theft on the island than we experienced in the past.

Property was just as described

Just completed a ten day stay here with 8 family members. When we arrived it was as clean as could be, not one grain of sand anywhere on the property which was great. (Donā€™t know how they get it that clean honestly!) The pool and outdoor area was great, we spent 90% of our times outside and only would be inside if we were sleeping or cooking in the kitchen. Itā€™s about a 3 minute walk to the beach which is a huge bonus. The outdoor furniture is very nice as well. The beach chairs are a huge plus too. We spent a lot of time walking the beach and eating/drinking at somewhere. There is very good snorkeling right at the end of the road where you enter the beach which we loved. Overall we liked the property and area and will return to the Turks and Caicos as this was our first visit here. I know some reviews have mentioned burglary but we locked our doors when we were not there and at night and had no problems whatsoever. Thanks Andrew

We had a group of 4 couples for vacation. Upon entering the home at night for us we were very pleased at the layout.The house had 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Each bedroom faced the pool. The pool was clean and wonderful. We were welcomed with a basket of snacks and wine, just lovely. It was very clean and neat. The kitchen had everyyhing needed for cooking and an indoor table for 8. We grilled fish we purchased on the provided grill. The backyard layout is perfect. The outdoor table seats 8 comfortably. When the sun is too warm there is a separate area for shady relaxtion.We rented a vehicle and the house is centrally located in the bight settlement for easy access to anywhere you want to go. You can also walk to the ocean from the house. Thank you to Margaret whom we worked with for management. She was very responsive and insightful.I would highly recommend this location.

Perfect Property

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was so close to the best beach- you couldnā€™t get better snorkeling and walkability to beach bars and restaurants! Also a short drive to Salt shop area and Chalk Sound. The house was so well appointed! It had everything you could need- coffee filters, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, hand soap and enough toilet paper for the entire week! The kitchen had everything! A juicer, plug in teapot, and every dish and utensil you can think of. I brought a BRITA water Filter container but the filtered water from the fridge was fine. Security was absolutely not an issue. We locked our doors, but if you lock your doors, there is no way anyone could possibly get in. The area felt very safe, even at night. The outdoor area was lovely. The gas grill was great for the one night we ate at the house. The cooler was great to pack for our beach trips and there were plenty of chairs and towels! If you are looking for the perfect house in Providenciales, look no further!

House Broken Into

At the end of the week the house was broken into in the middle of the night as we were sleeping. Some of our valuable belongings that were left in the kitchen/living room area were taken. We noticed the first door to get into home was unlocked in the morning. My husband checked it every night before bed to make sure it was locked. We called Andrew that morning when we realized this all happened. He said he would come in the afternoon to check the place and change the lock to main home (there are 2 separate codes to get to pool area verse main house). We stayed home as we were worried about someone breaking in again and waiting for Andrew who showed up 7 hours after we called him about the robbery. He said he called the police for us but they wouldnā€™t do anything. When we asked for compensation because we had to wait a whole day for him to show up (we had plans for an excursion that was non refundable) and he said he does not feel that he had to compensate us and robberies happen on the island. We found out the house was actually robbed a month before that, and he said he took precautions. However, there are no cameras, no sensor lights around main area, no alarm system and thereā€™s no additional fencing to avoid anyone to be able to hop over the walls and get access to the pool/house area. When I called him that morning he told us the thieves hop over the wall and unlock the the main door from within to get in. So he is aware that this is an issue! As the owner to the house, he came across unprofessional and with no remorse as if he didnā€™t care this happened (although it was twice in a month now). If you plan to take the RISK in renting this house, we suggest you take travelers insurance and do NOT bring any valuables, keep your bedroom doors locked at all times since this house has been broken into multiple times now to keep you safe. We plan to return to T&C but never rent this house or any house Andrew owns again. Itā€™s sad and terrifying that this is how we ended our vacation.
