The space
We enjoy our space and hope you will enjoy it to.

✔We provide fresh clean linens, towels and plenty of blankets to curl up next to the fire with
✔Smart 4K TV, WiFi, books, games
✔There is a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy home cooked meals. We also have a stocked coffee bar with plenty of complimentary snacks:)
✔We also provide shampoo, toiletries, iron, blow dryer and necessary cleaning supplies

*Sometimes things cannot be replaced in a timely fashion so please understand that we do our best to make sure all supplies are readily available

✔We provide you with fire wood in the winter until May 1st for the indoor fire place. If you need more, for a small fee we can provide more upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you will be needing more wood.

After May 1st, the fireplace is serviced and closed for the season. The outdoor fire pit is available all year for you to enjoy.

There is a bbq grill and outdoor seating/dining area for you to also enjoy meals and relaxation. Chairs for the fire pit are provided as well.

** Pets : If you are bringing in pets, please inform us at the time of booking, so that we can make arrangements accordingly & also share our house rules for pets. Thank you

Wristbands and active gate cards will be required for entry.

**Smoking
Unfortunately our cottage is in a heavily wooded area - so this is a non smoking rental (inside or anywhere on the rental property)

**Holidays
Our cottage is decorated for the holidays with some tastefully selected seasonal decor. We hope you enjoy our sweet little cottage and all the magic it brings.
Guest access
Guests can use all access inside the cottage aside from locked crawl space and owners locked closet.
Other things to note
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees are mandatory and beyond our jurisdiction. (These are additional fees paid directly to the Association at Arrowhead Lake)

Transaction Fee (per rental): $20
Gate Card Fee (per vehicle): $20
Temporary Membership Fee (ages 6 and older):
--> $2.00 daily off-season
--> $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (In-season runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)
—> There’s a $100 late fee charge for registration within 3 days of arrival

Please provide the following information upon making your reservation:
*Total number of guests
*Number of guests over 6 years of age
*Number of vehicles
*Driver of vehicle name
*Vehicle year, make and model
*State & License plate

Renters will be denied access to the Community if registration and payment is not received 5 days prior to arrival.

There are absolutely NO other guests allowed on premise aside from who is on your rental agreement. This is for safety purposes. There are cameras on the property and this will be strictly enforced and will result in fines/extra charges


★ Seasonal details/notes :

Outdoor patio furniture will be available until November 1st.
We have chairs readily available for the outdoor fire pit.

Thermostat is regulated by at a comfortable setting. It is set to 70 degrees during the winter. We do provide guests with portable space heaters for your comfort if you feel more heat is needed.

The air-conditioners will be removed starting fall season as it gets quite cold in the area :)

THINGS TO BRING:
-Pool Towels during pool opening season
-Aluminum foil and things of that nature if you will be using the grill or cooking
-We do provide a water cooler as a courtesy. In the event the cooler is empty, it would be your responsibility to provide your own water, as it’s not replaced on an as needed basis.

★ Additional details :

If you have an electric vehicle that needs to charge, there is an additional $20 per day per charge fee
There are lots of wildlife roaming about while staying at the cottage. Deer, bear and so much more! Please remember to clean up food items eaten outdoors so that you are not surprised by a furry guest!
We professionally treat our property for pests; however we are located in the woods, and do not offer refunds if a bug is found in or around the property!
