night or $42.50 for 5-7 nights
- Off Season (begins the day after Labor Day) - $2.00 per
person/ per night
- $20 Administration fee
- $20 per vehicle registration fee

Linens + Towels are the responsibility of the Lessee as are
essential like……trash bag, dish soap, dishwasher soap and washing machine detergent, paper towel & toilet paper etc. (please only use 1 ply toilet paper due to the septic system). If you would like to rent your sheets and bath towels, please let me know and I will give you a contact number.
