The master bathroom is attached to the bedroom.

Parking: two spots available in the driveway, 5 parking spots in the front of the house and tons of street parking (no street cleaning limitations).

LA is known for having the best weather, but the central air conditioning system ensures you are always comfortable anywhere in the house during all seasons.

There is a A/C central for the entire house and for each bedroom has his own A/C unit.

The property is equally suited for business or leisure.

We made every effort to ensure your comfort during the stay and hope the property is one of the highlights of your trips!

HOUSE RULES (must read):

- This property is not a party house. We do not allow loud gatherings or events of any sort. Please avoid loudness after 9pm. We maintain a good relationship with our surrounding neighbors and would like to maintain this. We ask that you please be respectful.

In an event that neighbors report loud noises/partying you may be subject to penalties for disturbance of up to $2000. If such events take place, your reservation will immediately be cancelled with immediate check-out. Your full security deposit will be withheld and no refunds will be granted.

-Security cameras on premises- located in the back and the front of the house and we monitor the outside of the property at all times.

-No additional guests besides those included in part the initial reservation. In the event more than 10 stay on-site or more guests join than are originally reserved for it will be grounds for cancellation of your stay and you may be charged additional fees for having guests there.

-No smoking of any sort inside the house. This includes cigarettes or weed or anything else.

-Absolutely no drugs allowed on property.

-No pets allowed. In the event that this is a long term rental and you’re traveling with your pet, we may be able to discuss exceptions based on specific criteria (ie declawed cats, house broken dogs/cats) with a separate pet rate + deposit.

-pool heating: with an additional charge of $500 for 3 days or $1000 for 1 week using. (notice 24 hours before using)
