The Space:
This first floor 2bed/ 2bath, 1000ft² entirely renovated apartment in the heart of Saratoga’s east side downtown art district has modern day amenities bursting with unique style and maximum home away from home comforts. Expansive living space, high ceilings, private entry, peaceful outdoor relax and play spaces. Fine finishes and upscale comforts inside and out star gleaming restored hard wood floors, beautiful brick and subway tile accents and a welcoming wide open kitchen. Warm natural light, and splashes of Bohemian flair render this fully furnished and stocked Saratoga Stay by Green Springs a home away from home oasis.

LAYOUT:
A convenient few steps from the street parking will find you right at either front or rear porch entrance to this first floor unit. There are exterior entry stairs but none inside the home. 1 bathroom and queen bedroom with desk space are situated in the front of the home and 1 of each towards the back with the living and eat-in kitchen spaces in the middle and a laundry area just off the kitchen. Out the back door, enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished private porch. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working, web surfing and conversing.

SLEEPING:
For sleeping there are two bedrooms each outfitted with a Queen bed as well as a bonus Queen size pullout couch in the living room to sleep two more with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.

KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a table for 4 in the eat-in kitchen complete with place settings, plentiful bakeware and cookware, a gas stove and an outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.

2 BATHROOMS:
For bathing there are two beautifully updated full baths, one with full subway tile tub/shower, the other with full size stand up shower. Both stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.

LAUNDRY:
Full size stackable washer/dryer appliances located just off the kitchen.

RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.

OUTDOORS:
For outdoor enjoyment there is a furnished back porch perfect for enjoying fresh morning coffee or cozy evening conversation! Outdoor grill available for use in the outdoor yard space.

Guest Access:
This is a multi unit property. Each individual apartment has its own private secure entry. The entire unit is yours and in no way accessible to any other building occupants. The rear furnished porch and grill are dedicated for your use. Back yard space is shared.

Conveniently located right in Saratoga’s bustling downtown featuring walking proximity to charming shops, the arts, historic landmarks, infinite dining possibilities, peaceful parks, dog park, cycling/footpaths and seasonal festivals. Given the downtown corner lot location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs are provided to accommodate guest preference.
