Eagle’s Nest on the River

Great place on the river! Fish, swim, or just relax and enjoy watching an occasional train go over the old trestle. Enjoy the amenities of the city with beautiful hiking through the country cemetery gardens right across the river.
There is a shared workout room, lightly stocked kitchenette, and a whirlpool tub with dimmable color mood lighting .
The house has just been remodeled and is pet and smoke free.
Downstairs is a separate unit and can be booked together for the whole house.
The space
The upstairs apartment, Eagle’s Nest, is yours alone. The patio is also yours. The deck goes with Riverside if it is rented while you are there, otherwise you are welcome to use it.
Guest access
The upstairs apartment is yours alone. You have first dibs at the patio area so if there are guests downstairs they are to use the deck. However, if Riverside is not booked while you are there you are welcome to use the deck as well. The sauna and workout rooms are shared.
Other things to note
Note the river drops off pretty fast so be careful. Swimming is great in the summer and shallow under the bridge. Jumping off of the bridge is illegal!
