Texas football tournament

Stayed with 3 13 year Olds and 3 parents. Place was perfect clean and lots to do for the boys. Thank you very much place was great

So much to do!

We really enjoyed this property and made good use of the pool, hot tub and games. The location was easy to find and convenient for all our activities during the week (six flags, sea world, Alamo). The property was exactly as described and the host was really responsive to all my questions. The kitchen had plenty of cooking tools so we could make meals at the house a few times. There’s also plenty of restaurants in the area to eat out at.

Amazing property in a great neighborhood

We stayed over the weekend and had a great time. This was a large family gathering with people of all ages. There was enough room for all of us to comfortably hang out without feeling like we are on top of each other. Between the game room, gathering room and pool everyone had something to do for 4 days without getting bored. The property managers were amazing in their response and handling any little issues that occurred. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay

Graduation relaxation

Property worked well with multiple entertaining options for all of us who stayed and some guests that came and went during our stay. Appears to be a newer rental on VRBO with newer accessories, could have been more accessories as only very basic items at the property. We made the limited accessories mostly work for us with some ingenuity.

It was nice but needs a couple of improvements.

The house is nice. Loved the pool and hot tub area. Careful in the game room there is a step by the pool table if you are not paying attention you will fall. I wish the beds were more comfortable felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Also needed more cooking supplies in the kitchen. Could have used a toaster and cookie sheet pan. They were very nice host and quick to respond to any issues.

Would recommend....

The property was great! John was quick to respond to a minor TV issue. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything! We did wish the place came equipped with more cookware(pots, pan, spatulas, mixing bowls). Cooking was a challenge due to limited cookware available. The only other minor think was their was no propane In the grill tank or fireplace tank outside. Overall we loves our visit! The game room was a huge hit with everyone!

I am gald that you guys enjoyed the property. As indicated in the listing we equip the propery with basic kitchen items, probably not all that is needed fpr a full christmass dinner, we will be adding more in any case and we appretiate the feedback. On regards of the gas tanks we checked them before adn after each service, we checked them after your departure and they worked fine. I wish you would have texted us about this, it would have been a simple thing I am sure (like the TV). Again, I am glad you overall had a good experience at the property. We are very proud of it and we do our best to keep it perfect for our guests.

Amazing house, wonderful communication

They thought of everything!! There is a clean hot tub and beautiful pool. The hot tub is also screened in which is nice. There are a ton of games in the game room… all in excellent condition… monopoly, uno, ect. There are TVs in every room, and a huge TV in the living area. Also there are arcade games and even a pool table. The beds were also neatly made and there was plenty of space. Also plenty of towels, and kitchen appliances… a great washer and dryer with brand new refrigerator too! There were also really amazing items in the home that added character,.. like a few antiques. On top of everything else the owner was the kindest person we have ever rented from and we hope to return soon. Loved our stay!!!!!!!

An oasis, great for families!

The rental had all the necessities. The outdoor amenities made it our little resort. Kids loved TVs in every room.

Family trip

Plenty of room for the entire family. The separate gameroom was a plus for the kids. The pool was also a treat for the kids and the cabana area was great for the adults to relax.

Wonderful Home!

We greatly enjoyed this wonderful property! The game room was perfect for some family time. The pool was beautiful and the entire outside area was lovely, especially at night. Wonderful and spacious for a family of 5. I would definitely recommend this property. Location was great and close to seas world, River walk, and the Alamo.

This property is a true unicorn. Saying is beautiful and unique is a true underestatement. We felt inlove with this house the minute we walked in it. From the amazing familiy room/fire place room with wood and stone work, to the equally faboulous game room and the covered deck that allows you to enjoy the pool at the same time you protect your self from the inclement Texas sun, get in the Hot tub while you watch the game.. There is so much more to say. We had never seen anything like this and we think most of our guests will agree with us.
