PRIVATE POOL and GUEST HOUSE (w/ pool table & bunk beds) top the list of this fantastic getaway!

This 5 BR (includes guest house) in the heart of San Antonio, feels like paradise! Lots of living space both inside & out - fruit trees line property! Close to attractions!

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the main home with a 25'x15' guest house (2 bunk bed sets, as well as a pool table). The bed layout is as follows:

Master: King
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Queen
Bedroom 4: Queen plus a single sleeper chair
Guest House: 2 twin bunk beds (4 bed spaces)

Everyone's favorite feature is the spectacular pool (resurfaced May 2014), closely followed by the pool table in the guest house. The perimeter of the back yard consists of a wide variety of fruit trees including: grapes, oranges, lemons, limes, avocados, plums, peaches, pears, and several other varieties.

Other amenities include mounted flat screen TV's in the living room and guest house, flat screen TV in the master, wireless internet, stainless steel gas grill, lots of pool toys, pool table, modern kitchen with granite countertops, washer & dryer, and MUCH MORE!

FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL

All TV's have a Fire stick installed to access your personal apps. On the homepage is IMBDTV with free movies and news.

Quiet Comfort & Fun Location

Property was very clean and comfy. Definitely has a home feel! Outside felt like a secluded oasis with bonus game room. At the end of our stay we wished we could stay a little longer. This will definitely be a favorite re-stay in a SATX.

ABOVE AND BEYOND

Everything was as advertised. I would give the property manager 6 stars if I could. We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers here for an Air Force graduation. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you! I would stay here again if we are ever looking for a place in San Antonio. Close to the airport, downtown and Lackland AFB.

Perfect for Our Needs

We had a group of friends come together and it was ample sleeping space, wonderful amenities, and a nice layout for what we were needing. Communication was quick and clear. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a basic training graduation and it was amazing. We had a great time and the hosts kept in touch whenever we needed them. I think the biggest issue we had were the amount of flies that kept coming in the house.

Pool was very nice!

Overall this was a great property with plenty of room and a wonderful pool to beat this texas heat! We went to Sea World, the zoo and the river walk. This property was a great location for all the things we did. We would rent this property again.

Great stay!

We had reserved a different house which was pulled out from under our feet on our check-in day! We booked this house at the VERY last minute but it was perfect...probably better than our original stay would have been. Jeff and Ann were great to work with and we highly recommend them and this property.

Great location with tranquil backyard

This property proved to be in an ideal location for the activities we had planned as it was central to Aquatica, Riverwalk and La Cantera. Aside from the location, the backyard, pool and cabana were a hit all week long with all ages of our party of 7. The house and kitchen in general were well stocked and grill worked great for fajitas! Would definitely stay here again as we travel often from West Texas to SA.

Good stay!

Pretty great location. Worked great for our needs. Comfortable house, yard is definitely not as green as pictured. The in house utensils were not great quality for cooking meals with. We would stay again, just would recommend upgrading this for easier cooking experience.

Splashing great time!!!

This property is beautiful. Great space for our group of 13. The pool house was decorated very nice, My teenage grandsons loved having their own space, beds, tv and pool table. The pool was large, clean and so refreshing, my family had a lot of fun swimming. The landscape was very bueatiful and well cared for. My family had an amazing time enjoying the home and back yard. Thank for having us!!! We highly recommend this property and if we are ever in the area again we would rent this vacation home.

Good but needs attention to details.

Facility is adequate for a large group. Plenty of towels and utensils. Also for passive recreation. Road noise was not anticipated. House water pressure was low. Vent in master bedroom not working. Few items as reported needed attention.

Disappointed

The house was not very clean or in good shape (broken drawers, doors do not close, carpet torn and nails exposed, etc.). I understand bugs are a thing in Texas but they were EVERYWHERE! The house, the pool, the pool house. It was equipped with basics you need. It was also roomy, kids loved the pool table. But overall was expecting more in terms of cleanliness, especially with covid (dirty comforters, only the beds used are only ones cleaned). You can tell it’s run by a company and not a personal family. The lack of upkeep shows. Just a huge disappointment.

Our second visit- will stay again

The house was very clean and everything was as stated in the listing. The only thing was the yard wasn’t mowed so we weren’t able to play any yard games. Also, pool was full of leaves but didn’t keep us out of it. Thanks for sharing your home.

Visiting for Youth National Trap Shoot

The road behind the pool was a bit noisy, but other than that a great pool and the pool table was great for the teens when they had enough of the pool. House was on the older side, but it was very clean.

Great house, awesome pool and yard!

Very well-stocked house, kitchen had everything we needed, nice ice maker with fridge, ample TVs, etc. We booked it for the pool which was wonderful. Teens loved having a pool house to chill in. Plenty of space for our large group, but house isn’t huge- it’s just right.

Quick trip

We had 7 guys come down to do a quick golf trip around san antonio. The house was clean and looked like the pictures. We never had any issues with the house. My only complaint would be a bigger tv in the living room, and we had trouble with the tv remote. Other than those miniscule issues, the house worked great.
