Tilghman Shores K6 is a comfortable two bedroom with two baths condo located on the 2nd floor (walk-up) of Tilghman Shores Ocean and Golf Resort. We are located in the historic Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach.

Our condo is managed through our partner, VRBO. You will receive a Welcome Guide about (3) days prior to your arrival with information about the condo and amenities! We have an on site Property Manager who can help you with any issues, questions or concerns during your stay.

There is a maximum of (2) vehicles per reservation. Our Condominium Complex does not allow Motorcycles, Mopeds, Golf Carts, Trailers, RV's, Campers, Boats, or other recreational vehicles.

Our Condo will sleep (6) comfortably in (1) King, (1) Double, and (2) Twin beds. We have a Infant Pack N Play available to use as well.

(WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY DURING THE SUMMER SEASON) - (Memorial Holiday - August) (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday) check in and check out.

September to May (2 Night Minimum Stay) Check in or Check out any day of the week.

Monthly Rental based on availability from November to April.

Vacation Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended during hurricane season!

Minimum age for rental is 25 or older, and the primary renter MUST be staying at the property for the ENTIRE stay. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

Coastal Cleaning provides each reservation with a Welcome Kit that provides paper products, trash bags, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and complimentary toiletry kits for each bathroom!

The Bed Linen package and Bath/Beach package for our bedrooms and baths are provided by Coastal Cleaning that are professionally laundered for your safety. Your beds are pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience!

Bed Linens are for (1) King, (1) Double and (2) Twins.

Bath/Beach Package includes; Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloth's, Beach Towels (or extra bath towels), Bath Mats, and Kitchen Set.

Pre -Made Linens for the beds, and the Bath/Beach/Kitchen Towel Package is included with every reservation!

Tilghman Shores Ocean and Golf Resort in Cherry Grove is a quiet and family oriented condominium complex. Located in the Tilghman Beach section of Cherry Grove, it is only a short walk (about 2 1/2 blocks - (10) Minutes) to the beach. Cherry Grove Beach is one of the most beautiful and widest beaches in South Carolina.

GROUPS AND HOUSE PARTIES WARNING - WE RENT TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY. Please note; (A guest 25 and over is required to stay for the entire duration of the stay- no exceptions to this rule). The minimum rental age is 25 or older. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, Senior Week, Spring Break from high school or college, or other non family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of the Owner, unless all members are 25 or older. Any violation will result in termination of rental agreement without refund.

There are Smart Roku TV's in both the Living Room and Primary Bedroom. Spectrum Cable in the Living Room and Primary Bedroom. The guest bedroom has a Smart TV with Roku for streaming Live Spectrum TV and other apps. DVD Player in Living Room and Guest Bedroom. VCR in Living Room.

Our Condo is non-smoking inside, on screened porch or balconies. Absolutely no pets. There are several beach/sand chairs, beach wagon, bean toss, sand buckets, and a beach umbrella in the foyer closet for your use at the beach! We suggest bringing your favorite chairs and other items you may need to enjoy your time on the beach!

Cherry Grove Beach is in the very northern part of North Myrtle Beach, so it is quieter than being in the middle of town - yet just a short drive away you can discover all that the Grand Strand and the Greater Myrtle Beach area has to offer - Sky Wheel, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Factory Outlets, Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Medieval Times, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Shark Wake Park, theatres, beach shops, pirate adventures, fishing charters, charter boat rides, water parks, Mini golf, and over 80 championship golf courses. Condo is within walking distance to miniature golf, ice cream parlor, grocery store, ACE hardware store, outdoor activities, pier, restaurants, shopping, shagging, etc. We are located just miles from Barefoot landing.

While staying at the condo you will enjoy a quiet family atmosphere. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi just across the parking lot from the condo. The pool (not heated) is open from March 1 - November 30. ** Pool Hours are 9AM - 10PM daily**. The outdoor heated jacuzzi is open year-round for guests age 16 and up.

You will be able to have private meals on the renovated screened in porch. If you are cooking out, there is a great covered grilling station next to the pool. You are sure to enjoy this updated condo equipped with everything you need to feel at home!
