The listed rate includes a comfortable queen-size bed.

Need additional sleeping space? We're happy to prepare the sofa bed for you. Just let us know when you make your reservation, and we'll have it ready for your arrival. A small additional fee applies for sofa-bed setup.

The generous kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, making it easy to enjoy a quick breakfast or prepare a simple meal. For longer stays, you'll appreciate the full-size washer and dryer right in the unit.

Parking couldn't be easier—your private paved parking spot is located directly outside the front door, making unloading luggage or settling in with your pup a breeze.

Smoke-Free Environment

To keep the studio fresh, clean, and comfortable for every guest, absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the unit, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or medicinal marijuana.

Dog-Friendly

Your four-legged family members are welcome! We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs.
To help us keep the human bedding fresh and in excellent condition for every guest, we kindly ask that dogs stay off the human bed. We truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping pet hair off the linens.

We understand that every guest has different preferences, and we've had guests who were not comfortable with this request. If human bedding requires replacement due to pet-related damage or excessive pet hair, the cost of replacement will be charged to the guest.

Please note: absolutely NO cats due to severe allergies.
