As you enter Cardinal Ridge, you are greeted with a beautifully crafted mountain house. Outfitted with hardwood floors, custom finishes, and panoramic windows, you feel right at home while you take in the views of the surrounding mountains. The entryway leads to a large, well-appointed kitchen, stocked with all the supplies you would need to cook a gourmet meal. The adjoining dining area has scenic views from every angle and can set up to 14 (an additional four seats are available at the bar for larger groups).

The spacious family room has a gas-burning stone fireplace, 75 inch flat-screen Smart TV, ample seating, and gorgeous mountain views off the back window. Off the living area are two of the house's King suites, each equipped with a king bed set, en suite bath and a flat-screen TV. One of the two also has an attached nursery (crib and changing table included) for those traveling with little ones.

Beyond the living room is Cardinal Ridge's arcade, a two-story game room, with 750 sq ft of space. Between shuffleboard, pop-a-shot, foosball, skeeball, darts, and dance-dance revolution, as well as an assortment of arcade and pinball machines, you will never run out of ways to stay entertained.

Continuing up the stairs, the upper level of the house has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have king bed sets and views of the surrounding mountains.

Continuing back down the stairs, you'll find Cardinal Ridges' lower level. The staircase leads to a second family room, equipped with a pool table and an electric fireplace. Off to the western wing of the lower level, you will find 3 of the bedrooms, two with king beds, and one kid's themed room with three twin-sized beds. Two of these rooms have fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.

The eastern side of the lower level houses the final bedroom, with a king bed and a private walk-out entry door. If you'd like to roast some popcorn, relax, and catch a movie, there is also a 12-seat cinema in the eastern wing, with authentic theatre-style carpet and seating, and an 75" TV. The level also has two full bathrooms, that can be accessed by any of the bedrooms.

Outdoor Areas:

As specular as the interior is, the true beauty of Cardinal Ridge can only be experienced from the outdoor living areas. You'll find a two-story deck, with stunning views of the mountains and plenty of seating for everyone in your group. Sit around our gas-burning fire table and take in the mountain views. Or enjoy dinner outside with dining for 16, cooked on either our grill or outdoor pizza oven.

Further down the property, you'll find a wood-burning fire pit, perfect for making s'mores with the family. Gather around in comfortable seating and build a bonfire with the entire group. Relax in our oversized hot tub or warm up in our cedar barrel sauna, both just steps from the door.

***Please Note***

For security purposes and to ensure a smooth check-in, we ask all guests to complete a short rental agreement and provide emergency contact information after booking.

A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is also required. The deposit is automatically placed as a pending hold on the credit card on file 7 days prior to arrival and is fully released within 7 days after departure if no damages occur. Full details will be provided in the rental agreement sent after booking.

-Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old.

-There is an additional guest fee of $20 per person per night over 8 guests

- WiFi is Starlink internet and is very fast.

-Dogs are allowed with $150 pet fee (up to 2 dogs max) and with permission.

-No parties, events, or weddings are allowed at this home.

-Cardinal Ridge is an 8-bedroom home that will accommodate up to 22 guests, max, including little ones. Please let us know in advance if you have a party and have any questions about bedding arrangements.

-Please make sure to read through the rental agreement for all of the house rules.
