Charming remodeled family home in Tahoma awaits your next Lake Tahoe getaway! Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this home boasts all the best features: a hot tub, dog-friendly accommodations, and a cozy woodstove fireplace. Enjoy an open floor plan that makes it easy to gather together, with convenient access to Chamberlands beach, scenic trails, and top mountain resorts.

The main floor features a spacious living area with an updated kitchen—perfect for family gatherings. Warm up by the stunning fireplace and enjoy the beautiful furnishings and decor throughout. The south-facing deck is ideal for sipping your morning coffee or curling up with a good book, while the backyard invites you to relax under the stars in the serene summer evenings. You may never want to leave!

On the main floor, you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, hall bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Upstairs, there's a fun loft space for the kids to enjoy games, along with another large bedroom featuring a king bed.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total (tandem). All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

The cabin is absolutely lovely! Very cosy, clean and nicely designed. We loved the fireplace, hot tub and outdoor space to the back where our little one and pup could play safely. The area is also fabulous, close to lots of trails and in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return soon! Communication with the rental company was also very good!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bearadise Cabin! It was perfect for a cozy ski weekend with my partner. Clean, very well appointed kitchen, hot tub, and great location. We have already booked our next stay at the cabin to enjoy in the summer!

Comfortable west lake A-frame

Place is very comfortable and well-located with hikes starting in the neighborhood. The kitchen is also well stocked for guests who want to cook. We enjoyed ourselves!

Spring Break Ski trip

Great place. Convenient and just the right size for our family, in fact had an extra room. Tahoma area is pretty chill, close to Tahoe City and Homewood. Would definitely book again.

Bearadise Cabin feels like home!

This was our third stay at Bearadise Cabin and we hope to stay there again soon ! We are starting to feel like home there. It is perfect location, great neighborhood, very clean, awesome kitchen. It is just a wonderful cabin to spend a weekend in Tahoe!

Great winter getaway!

This property was exactly as listed and the location was perfect. Conveniently located to Homewood Ski Resort and markets close by. We had a blast playing in all the fresh snow and fortunately the location was located on a street that was regularly groomed. Will recommend and return!

Awesome location, very comfortable

Overall our stay was really great. Clean, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen which was great for our family. The outside seemed a little neglected, and we were sent an incorrect code for the lockbox, so it was a bit stressful getting into the house when we arrived. Once settled, we had a great time and the location couldn’t be better! Quiet but close to everything.

Engagement stay

First trip to Tahoe. My son proposed by the lake. It was a perfect setting and stay. Nice home. Great kitchen and comfy stay. We were able to bring our dog which was great. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great house in the woods!

As described with a very nice, modern but cozy layout and a great hot tub off the back. We were impressed with the fully stocked kitchen and appliances. It was a bit chilly upstairs but the thick duvet made up for it. Perhaps a space heater up there could be a nice addition. Thanks for the great stay.

What a wonderful home near Homewood ski resort

It felt like I was in my own home with all the comforts of a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and all the amenities needed to ski for the season. In addition, the house is just well taken care of home and beautifully styled. So grateful that we were able to stay at the cabin and I hope to be able to return to visit soon.

UNSANITARY VRBO

We found DRIED POOP under our pillow. If that wasn't bad enough, it was dismissed with the feedback "this is common here."Additionally, we found lipstick stains on a towel as soon as we checked-in, we asked the cleaners to wash and dry them. We were assured the home was cleaned, sheets changed, and towels cleaned. Only to find the lipstick stains still on the towel. I have had positive experiences with VRBO in the past, however this is has been horrible.

My daughter and I had a horrible experience staying at this rental. On our second day we returned to the house to find another car in the driveway about to enter the house. After speaking with them they stated they were booked for the same date ad us and were given the EXACT same code to enter the house. We left our belongings all day with the understanding that the house could only be entered by us plus for the next 20 hours stayed in a house without the security of a locked door. Completely negligent on their part and also they refused to do anything about it! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!

Great Tahoe Getaway

The property was beautifully renovated as advertized, fully stocked kitchen, and the location was excellent. It was close to the lake, a State park, and some sno-play areas - perfect for our family. It is in a quiet neighborhood with unique cabin-style homes. The backyard was spacious with a wooded feel and we had fun playing in the snow and making a snowman. The hot tub on the back deck was great for a relaxing soak. I had a few questions before checking in and the property management was very responsive and helpful. The electric bear barriers on the outer doors were intimidating at first, but were no big deal to arm and disarm on the first try. It is worth it if it protects and keeps this mountain gem available for enjoyment. There were a few messes that the prior tenants left - like a sticky spill by the couch and some dirty dishes put away in the cabinets - but these would have been very hard for a cleaning team to catch and we only brought it up so that they knew it wasn't us. The property management was very understanding and even offered to have a special cleaning service come out to take care of it. This was not necessary, the but we appreciated the offer. Very professional. We'd recommend this rental and would stay again.

The home is mall but was ample for our party of four. The layout is a bit quirky as the “primary” bedroom upstairs with the king does not have an en suite bathroom. There is are two bathrooms downstairs: one in the hall and one through a bedroom which has a Murphy bed. Besides a lose stone on the fireplace, the property was in good condition. Comfortable bed!
