Gorgeous Cabin on Tahoe's West Shore!

This recently new West Shore cabin is located on a quiet street in a neighborhood known for its abundance of beautiful trees. The roomy cabin and 1/3 acre lot are perfect for multi-family or large group getaways. The kitchen was designed with the chef in mind and features granite countertops, dual oven range with griddle and two sinks. The kitchen opens to a large family room with a 50' plasma TV, gas fireplace and new leather couches and chair. You can listen to your music collection over the in-ceiling speakers by connecting your device via your USB cable.

The large family room opens to the covered deck via 2 sliding glass doors, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather in Lake Tahoe year round. The deck features a Weber BBQ for grilling up your favorite meals and seating area to enjoy dining outside. Don't worry about any smoke from the BBQ; the deck features it owns vent hood above the BBQ.

Off of the family room are two large bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a bunk bed and a single twin. The bathroom has a tub shower with beautiful Travertine tile and granite countertops.

Downstairs, the master suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, plasma TV and sitting area with loveseat and desk. The dual sink master bathroom with Travertine tile and granite countertops will remind you of a spa retreat. The master bedroom opens up to the downstairs covered patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The third bathroom is right next to this bedroom and features a tub/shower combo with beautiful tile accents and granite countertops. Downstairs you will also find a large laundry room to do any cleaning after a rough day of play.

The backyard is a large, peaceful getaway surrounded by trees and features a horseshoe pit and picnic table. Access to the Tahoe Pines sandy beach and private pier add to the value.

The cabin is fully stocked with cookware, plates, silverware, wine glasses, sheets and towels. It has a microwave, coffee maker, two Blu-ray players and a dishwasher to make clean-up after a large meal a breeze. Bring you favorite food and snacks and you are set to go! Need internet access for work or play? High speed internet is included.

We are dog-friendly and your well behaved dog is welcome for an extra fee.

Great place for my family of 5 to experience Lake Tahoe for the first time! If you like to eat some of your meals at your VRBO this is great choice. They have a fully racked out kitchen including a Ninja smoothie blender which was a nice bonus for our morning protein shakes.

Overall clean although some of the rugs had noticeable animal hair. There was even hair in some of the kitchen drawers. I also would have appreciated more toilet paper since we were 10 people staying for 4 nights (there was only one in each bathroom). With that said, my family enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful home, convenient location and friendly host.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it. Lots of room, great kitchen and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood located near everything we love about the west shore.

Good Ski House

Perfect place

This house was amazing! Has everything and our host was very responsive. Short walk to the late with a nice beach not very busy. The house is very large and perfect for a family reunion.

Great family vacation

The house was well equipped with all that was needed for the 9 of us. The grandchildren had a great time enjoying the skiing at nearby Homewood and playing in the snow at the large backyard Joe, our host, was great and responded to all of our needs.

Spent time here for 3 nights as a quick vacation. The place was very well maintained with every essential one might need. It was a very fun and peaceful place where the cabin was located in, while things were a couple minutes away, you canā€™t go wrong with choosing this cabin as is a very beautiful place to stop by. Very cute cabin. Nice and warm. Beautiful scenery. The only two bad things were there was a lot of pet hair on the furniture and one of the bed spreads had a gross stain on it. Everything else was lovely.

Family stay

I stayed with my sisters and my kids at the house in Homewood for a long weekend. The rooms were large and we had plenty of space. The host was very helpful and all communication was clear. I will absolutely book this house in the future

Great family home!

We are a family of six adults and one toddler. The home was fully equipped and we had plenty of space to sleep our entire family comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Our host was super helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. It snowed quite a bit while we were there and the roads were cleared very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful Tahoe Cabin

This place was wonderful. Nicely renovated with new furniture and such. Very convenient for a large group, as there are 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 2 downstairs with ample access to bathrooms. Only thing is I would warn anyone who is allergic to dogs to bring you allergy medicine. I definitely got the sniffles while there.

A quiet place in the woods

We are so happy we found this place to enjoy a family gathering in Tahoe. The owner was so responsive and we couldnā€™t be happier. Home is very spacious and nicely stocked. We had it all - together time and alone time. Love the easy access to the beach and pier. Equipped with all you need. Thanks for a great long weekend in your home.

The cabin worked out great for our group of 7 adults plus 2 dogs over the Thanksgiving holiday. We cooked a big turkey and all the fixings in the well-equipped kitchen. The good quality cookware and nice furnishings were especially appreciated. All in all, the cabin is very comfortable and conveniently located. If you stay there, be sure to take the short hike to the top of Eagle Rock - the view is spectacular.

A Wonderful Summertime Stay at Tahoe Pines

Our group of 10 (adults and school-aged kids) had a great time at the house. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed being walking distance from the Tahoe Pines beach and pier. The location on the west side of the lake was convenient for our day trips to Emerald Bay, Sugar Pine Point State Park and Squaw Valley (for hiking). As long as you avoid rush hour traffic (late afternoons), it's an easy 10-15 minute drive up to Tahoe City for grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everything in the house was modern and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our own meals.

Great Layout

House had a great layout for our group of 7 adults and small dog. The location was convenient as we did activities in many different areas. The only issue I had was that the house did not appear as clean as I would have liked. The kitchen cabinets looked dirty and there was so much dog hair on the kitchen chairs we had to remove the cushions.The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and parts of the floor were pretty beat up. Overall though, we had a great trip!!!!

Great house, even better location

My family stayed at Joe's house for the Christmas holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we have stayed at Joe's house and would not hesitate to stay there again. The house is warm, comfortable, and well appointed for a large or small group. The location is excellent, central to shops and restaurants on the west shore and in a quiet neighborhood. My only slight criticism is that the cleaning in the main room could be a little better. There were food bits and hair (dog?) on the rug by the fireplace as well as some hair in one of the bunk beds in the room on the main floor. Luckily there is a whole house vacuum available so a quick vacuum took care of the issue. Great house in an even better location!

We had a great multigenerational family vacation at this spacious cabin. Weā€™ve stayed at places where it is obvious the owners never set foot in it. This felt like someoneā€™s cared-for home - a very well-stocked kitchen, nicely appointed furniture, wonderful wall decor. We love walking to the Tahoe Pines beach for a quick dip. For the young and old, bring your aqua socks for the rocky lake bottom there. Nice neighborhood, great location for our favorite west shore activities.
