The living area features hardwood flooring, a sleeper sofa, two chairs and a HD flat screen TV with Comcast cable and a Blu Ray DVD player for your favorite movies. The extra windows offer great natural light and the covered deck is a welcome respite from the hot summer sun. The dining table seats four and has a convenient pass through to the kitchen for easy home-cooked meals and entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything for in house family dining with a washer/dryer conveniently located in the utility room in the kitchen.

Unpack in your king bedroom suite with comfortable, stylish bedding, a ceiling fan for fresh, circulating air, a new, streaming flat screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom. A second full bath with a stall shower in the hallway is convenient for a guest or two using the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
