The furnishings in the living room have clean, crisp lines, and are comfortable too! The sofa pulls out to a queen bed for your extra guests. The cathedral ceilings and shuttered window wall offers views to the water beyond, help create a bright and open atmosphere. The armoire holds a Smart TV. Dining for 4 is at the round table. This also makes a great spot for a family game or evening of cards. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets with a pass through opening to the dining room. The laundry closet has a full sized washer/dryer for your use. Sliding glass doors lead out to the open deck with panoramic view of the Edisto River where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the shrimp boats head out for the day while gathered around the porch table enjoying your morning coffee. Walk out the back door to the boardwalk to Pelican Beach. Gentle waves make it perfect for little ones. In the evening, the sunsets over the River will memorize!

This villa has one bedroom and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. There is an en suite bath with a tub/shower. Off the hall is the 2nd bath which has a shower.

Location! Location! Location! This is a fantastic location - close to the beach, clubhouse, pools and golf! Once you're here, you won't want to leave!

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities are NOT available with this condo. You do have access to The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.
