Just a short stroll downstairs to a private dock and you have access to a secluded cove just 5 minutes from Duncan Bridge Marina. Bring your own boat and launch from the marina or rent one and park at the private dock.

Relax on the deck and enjoy the quiet after a fun-filled day on the water.

The space
There are four spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for the whole family to enjoy. Bring your food and beverage and enjoy a full kitchen or grab a pizza from the area restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, crockpot, etc. There is a full coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and lots of comfy blankets are available.


While the circular driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, the sharp turn makes it difficult to enter with a trailer. Please park trailers at the marina or on the street.
