Comfortably accommodating 8 adults and 2 children across two spacious levels with three full bathrooms.
- Lower Level: The Primary Suite features a King Bed and an en suite bath, plus an adjacent, custom-built Kid's Bunk Room via barn door. A second Queen bedroom is also on this level.
- Upper Level: Find another Queen bedroom and a large living space with a Trundle Bed (two Twin beds)—perfect for an independent retreat.
Water & Outdoor Playground
- The lake is your backyard! Step onto the large, new deck leading directly to your private boat dock. Bring your own toys—we offer one slip and a PWC dock (public launch less than 10 min away!).
- Make a splash with the fun gear we supply: tandem kayaks, paddleboards, Lily Pad, and floats are all included.
- Evenings are magical. Gather around the large, custom fire pit with Adirondack chairs or relax on the screened-in porch which features its own Roku TV. Grill out on the charcoal grill for a perfect lakeside dinner.
The Happy Happy Lakehouse is designed for family and friends! The converted garage is now the ultimate, climate-controlled Game Room! It features a pool table, Pop-a-Shot basketball, an extra-large couch, and a custom media wall.
The chef's dream kitchen boasts a stunning Wolf Range and expansive counter space, flowing into the dining area that seats 8 comfortably.
Enjoy easy, keyless check-in and large driveway parking for 3–4 cars. This effortlessly chic, fun-filled escape starts here.
