A 'Home Away from Home' in Williamsburg! This condo is not only close to historic Williamsburg in proximity, but its decor and atmosphere also embody the region's Colonial spirit. This peaceful condo is furnished in the style of the period, yet it offers all the modem amenities and activities that will make your stay a very enjoyable experience.

The 2 bedroom unit consist of 1,016 square feet. It has a fully equipped kitchen. This unit allows you to have all the comfort of home, including a washer/dryer. This condo just has a charm of it own!

Less Than a Mile from Historic Williamsburg! Surrounded by historical sites, the resort is just minutes from Jamestown settlement, Busch Gardens and hundreds of years of Americana. Along with outlet mall, two grocery stores, 100+ restaurants all within 5-mile radius. This is a beautifully designed and landscaped on the outside, elegantly decorated on the inside.

Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, We will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!

There is a $6 per day amenities fee due at check in. This is NOT per person.

Great location and amenities. 2 pools, coin free arcade, mini golf, tennis and fitness center. The kids had a blast.

Great stay!

We had a nice time at this property. Check-in was easy and the property was ready when we arrived. The location was nice because it was located in the back, away from a lot of the noise of the pool area. It backs up to the woods and was quiet. We did hear neighbors at times, but it was not bad. This property is not within walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg, but it is in a great location, easy access to lots of stores, etc. Thank you.

This place is a little tired.

Our condo was probably amazing fifteen years ago, but time has passed. The the molding, doors, and furniture are nicked, scratched and dented. The bathroom door in our bedroom could not be closed. It was a 1/4 inch larger than the opening. The slider that led to our patio could not be locked at the handle so a “drop bar” was installed. I have stayed at many timeshare’s and they have always been immaculate and updated. It’s time for Wyndham to pour some money into this resort. The unit had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning worked great. We will look for a newer resort next time we are in the area.

Nice property but would book directly via resort

On the day of arrival we were switched to the sister property of this resort and did not stay in the property originally booked. The communication with owner/manager was difficult and messages went unanswered prior to arrival. Once the manager contacted me, communication was friendly and informative. The property was clean and very spacious for my family. My kids enjoyed the pool and it is close to grocery stores, many restaurants, and area attractions. However, if we are to stay again I would book directly with kingsgate since there was no benefit booking this propety through the owner.

Lovely Resort - Perfect for Families!

This is the first time we stayed at a resort through VRBO; we've always stayed in a personal home. While that was a unique experience in that the communication with the "owner" wasn't quite as quick as usual, the resort itself was superb! We visited in December and enjoyed the outdoor pool (heated to 89 degrees!), whirlpool, arcade room (totally free--no tokens or coins needed!), and nearby day trips (Busch Gardens, Jamestown, and Williamsburg). It was a great "home base," and the two-bedroom suite was more than enough space for our family of 3.

Wonderful location, Great for families

This property is wonderful. It is very clean and well kept, which is always tops on my list. The staff are kind, friendly, and very helpful. If you are traveling with little ones, this is the place to go as there are many things to do onsite that can occupy them during your stay. I will be returning for sure.

Condo was spacious, amenities were delightful, and all issues were taken care of immediately. If the zoo in the rental above us would have just slept in past 6:30am, it would have been perfect. 😬

Good experience except for lack of car charging

It’s 2020, so it’s hard to give a resort that’s a destination drive 5 stars if they have no charging capability. We have a plug in hybrid and we would have really liked to cruise around Williamsburg in EV mode rather than burn gas. A few level 2 chargers would be an easy install and fairly cheap, or even charge for the electricity via ChargePoint or put into on the room via the room key. Our other car is full time electric, I couldn’t bring that at all to this resort. Otherwise - great resort, very friendly and not too far from Colonial Williamsburg. Pedestrian access is terrible though, no sidewalks out of the place. Very much a resort out of the 1990s, could definitely be modernized for what modern families are looking for - active transportation (walking, biking) and electric vehicles. They have also upped their cleanliness game (probably in light of the pandemic) since our previous visit a couple years ago. None of the cleaning “film” you sometimes get in hotel rooms and everything was spotless when we arrived.

Timeshare type property

Typical timeshare resort with nice amenities for families and individuals. The unit was clean and comfortable and close to the pools and activity center. The resort is off the main road, yet close enough to the main highways that travel to Williamsburg's main attractions. This resort certainly deserves consideration if you want someplace like home that is hassle-free.

Old and out dated

Our reservations were wrong.....no water pressure, could barely shower,. Tub would not drain and had to bale water, no parking designated and had to park two buildings away, NO elevator and carried luggage up 6 flights of steps....husband had surgery so I had to carry up and down with no help. This would have kept us from renting had we known this. Because reservations were messed up had to pay for 2 extra days and then fight for a refund. HVAC was locked down and could not turn down the thermostat on the warm days. We've used VRBO for years and had nothing but great luck so we figured it was time for a bad experience. Complete waste of money. At least the weather was beautiful!

Kingsgate was great! We relly enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and our condo was ready upon our arrival. I highly recommend this resort, we're going back this summer.
