Stunning 1 Bedroom condo on River Golf Course Ninth Hole.

Our condo is an updated and beautifully decorated one bedroom condominium. It is privately owned and not a part of the resort rental pool. We had your comfort in mind when we created this beautiful retreat. Our furniture is so comfortable and our king bed is amazing.

Our kitchen is totally equipped. We do supply filters and starter packs of coffee for the 12 cup Ninja coffee maker.

We just remodeled our bathroom and it now has a new walk-in tile shower with ADA safety bars and ADA height toilet. It is beautiful.

We offer extended cable and fast internet with Netflix and Amazon Prime Apps. We have a 65 “ Smart TV in the living room and a 55” Smart TV in the bedroom. Both TVs have Roku. We always have you in mind as we make our improvements.

Our deck faces the golf course and has plenty of comfortable seating for an afternoon of reading quietly or conversation and cocktails.

Our Kingsmill condo is just a few minutes away from Busch Gardens and the Water Park. Our complex has it’s own pool which is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. HistoricWilliamsburg offers wonderful sightseeing, shopping and restaurants just 10 minutes away.

Susan is immediately available anytime via text/cell/email.

Cleaning fee covers cleaning $130 and linens/towels service $25.

The condo was very clean, cozy and nicely renovated.The view of the golf course from the deck is lovely, and watching the sunset over the river in the distance was breathtaking. Susan, our host, was friendly, welcoming and responsive. I look forward to staying here again.

Williamsburg visit

Spent 4 nights in the condo while in town for a meeting. Great spot! Owner was very easy to contact. We enjoyed the easy parking, convenience of the location, clean & cozy space and a great bathroom!

Wonderful Williamsburg Trip

Relaxing Spring Break

The property and location were perfect for our spring break getaway to Williamsburg. It was a little cold to play golf, but being right on the course was still a plus. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in. Our host, Susan, was super responsive whenever we had questions and very accomodating for an early checkin. We visit Williamsburg 2-3 times every spring and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. We will definitely visit this property again.

Outstanding Kingsmill Condo

This property backs up to 9th hole of the River Course. Clean, quiet development. Exactly as advertised. Susan is a great communicator. Hope to stay here again. Be advised, however, that renting this property does not give you access to the resort restaurants and services.

Excellent all around!

This property is absolutely beautiful and meticulously clean. Susan is the most wonderful host. She has clearly put a lot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Our family now plans to book this property for every trip we take to Kingsmill!

Great Weekend Stay

We rented this well appointed condo for W&M Homecoming weekend. We booked somewhat last minute as hotel options were limited. Booking here was a great decision. Condo was a great value given the location, the space, and comfort provided. It was easy to check in, the condo was clean and Susan was a great communicator pre and post stay. We would definitely stay here again for a weekend stay to Williamsburg!!

Excellent Kingsmill Condo

The condo was just as listed - very comfortable and spacious for a one bedroom. The golf course view and walking distance to Kingsmill activities were pluses. Our host, Susan, was very responsive although we didn't need much assistance. We have stayed in many other Kingsmill units and can say that this one is the best we have seen.

Highly recommend amazing place

This place was fantastic in every way. Susan is one of the best property hosts I’ve ever encountered. The unit itself is immaculate and way bigger than we thought. Pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s close to everything you want to go on the resort as far as restaurants, golf, walking trails, pool, tennis, etc. Short walks to all of it. It’s great in every way. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Heaven in Kingsmill!!!!

This condo was so perfect that several times we thought: "if we were to buy a condo in Kingsmill, this is what we'd want!" The immaculately clean and beautifully furnished property was perfect for us grandparents, as we gathered in many locales with the family for Christmas!!! Working with the owner was an exercise in joy, as her caring texts made us truly feel "at home"! Extraordinary property and furnishings, impressive location, and an owner who obviously is interested in her guests' comfort, well, what else does one need!?

Awesome Williamsburg Getaway!!!

This place was an awesome home away from home while enjoying Williamsburg. Everything in the condo exceeded expectations. Spotless clean and a very welcoming place to stay. Susan was an excellent owner/host making the entire process incredibly easy for us from start to finish. Checked in with us through our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended on all fronts…top shelf owner and property! We will definitely be back!

The one and only drawback to our stay was the noise level. You can hear everything the next-door and upstairs neighbors do. Otherwise this was a stellar visit and Susan is a wonderful, responsive host!

We love Pelhams Ordinary and knew that this comfortable one bedroom would be perfect for us. We enjoyed decorating it and now want to share it with our VRBO and private friends.
