All New Beachfront with Gorgeous Coastline Views & 2 Pools

Hi Jennifer, Just to clarify, the only semi-private balconies in the complex are the penthouse units, as this is a condominium community with shared common areas. Our unit, however, has one of the largest outdoor personally owned sitting areas with beautiful ocean views. Our deck is set back from the stairs, providing a comfortable sense of privacy, and neither we nor our guests have ever been disturbed by people using the stairs. It’s a great spot to relax with a morning coffee or an evening drink while enjoying the coastal view. I’m so glad you enjoyed your vacation at our property. The property’s assigned parking spot fits our Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, as well as our SUV. Also, free and metered street parking are available within a few steps of the property. Unfortunately, I do not offer linens at any of my properties. Over the years, I have found my guests are most comfortable bringing their own.
