Vacation rental description

These beautiful newer, townhomes sleep 8 people comfortably. They feature a 2nd floor, open and airy Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen area with area rugs over hardwood floors. The Queen sized master bedroom has a flat screen LCD TV along with a private, tiled master bath, and two full closets. Entire home furnished by Raymour & Flanigan.

A glass door leads to the furnished deck with open views to stately, beach colonials. The kitchens have a granite countertop and a GE stainless steel appliance packages. The Dining Room table seats eight plus two at the counter island. The Living Room features double Nantucket couches, and a large oversized reading chair with ottoman. The room is great for entertaining, playing family board games, or just watching DVD’s on the large screen HDTV.

The tile entrance leads to three additional bedrooms, two with Queen Beds and flat screen TV's. The fourth bedroom is set up with single beds and bunk bed with a TV. A laundry room is supplied with full size appliances along with a fully tiled bath. All bedrooms, except the kid’s room, have ceiling fans to compliment the two zone central air conditioning system.

We offer assigned off street parking as well as ample on street parking. The back patio offers an outdoor BBQ grill, outside shower, lawn, dining tables and umbrellas. The free beach is short blocks away along with parks, boat rentals, water parks, bike rentals, walking/biking paths, golf courses, and ice cream shops. Visit nearby Cape May and Atlantic City and or our famous Wildwood boardwalk.

Activities and attractions in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey

A walk or trolley ride to the World Famous Wildwood boardwalk where you can spend hours on the rides, shops, eateries, arcades, etc. Also enjoy hours of fun and relaxation across the street at the large free Wildwood Beach. For the kids, directly across the street is a well kept playground with jungle gym, slides and bike rentals. For the adults, Historic Cape May is only 4 miles away with its extensive shopping and restaurants.

You can also take a day and go fishing, water-skiing, boating, parasailing, tennis courts, skate park, miniature golf, Biking, Dolphin/Whale watching, basketball, amusement parks, cinema etc.

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful week in Wildwood with our family and dog, Charlie! The house was very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the beach. Rose and her family were wonderful hosts. Rose goes above and beyond to ensure that you are having a great stay!

Excellent location

Rain or shine, this property checked all the boxes. We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks with family and our Westie. Close to parks, playground (our 2 yo granddaughter especially loved the splashpad!), a short walk to the beach or to Sunset Lake. Offstreet parking, too, is a plus. If you need recommendations for restaurants or activities, Rose has you covered. Can’t say enough except “See you next time!”

Great location

Clean, spacious and great location. Property manager just next door and works to accommodate your needs. A mile from boardwalk. Can Accommodate 2 parking spots and plenty of street parking. Had six bikes and can be tricky to store at night so we just put in back of truck which worked out fine. All in all a nice place. Would go back again.

Pet and People friendly

If you are looking for a pet friendly rental look no more! The pictures do not do this home justice. You would never know that a dog was there let alone a different pet every week. The carpets are immaculate, the furniture is in beautiful condition, the kitchen is well stocked, and the full size washer and dryer are a blessing. It is a short distance from the beach and a playground for the younger guests. If we had any questions or needed anything we were contacted almost immediately for resolution. We booked for 2024 and can't wait to go back.

Wildwood Crest is lovely

This was rather last-minute & we were fortunate to find a property available to accommodate pets. I'm grateful for that. The property owner texted & called multiple times before & during our stay; not with any issues or problems, just to recommend another restaurant or tell me where churches were, unsolicited, on Sunday morning. Frankly, it was a lot. We were not in the property listed in the ad, but rather were given the unit next door to that property. It had fewer beds in the "kids' room" which was a bit of a strain. The owner overhyped how grand her home was during our pre-visit phone calls. The home is nice, but the sofas and dining room chairs are very worn. There are 2 broken windows. The wood floors are in decent shape, but she really harped on how gorgeous & pristine they were in our pre-visit calls. The home had dog fur on the rugs and sides of the upholstered furniture when we arrived. I definitely left it cleaner than it was when we got there. There are notes literally everywhere. Reminders on towel bars, the blinds, light switches, washer/dryer, sinks. It's a bit much. We spent over $10k on the house for a 2-week vacation. Renters who will spend that much can handle simple tasks without "prompts." The icemaker/water on the fridge was not hooked up. No garbage disposal. Leaky kitchen sink drain. The ad doesn't note that the kitchen/LR/DR/MBR are all on the 2nd flr. 3BRs/1BA are on the 1st. A lot of steps & awful when babies are sleeping with people walking above.

Wonderful Wildwood Crest rental

My wife and I and our dog spent the last two weeks of summer at this rental property and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The place was spotless and clean from the second we moved in and the host Rose was there to greet us and show us around the place. If we ever needed anything (which we rarely did), Rose was immediately available to help out and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While we really only used a couple of the bedrooms when guests came down, there was more than enough space for a bigger group or family and the easy couple block walk to the beach made for fantastic location. Highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a great getaway down the shore!

Awesome!

Rose (owner that lives next door) and her wonderful family maintain a beautiful, clean, quiet, family friendly and dog friendy duplex. Easy walk to the beach and parking. Kids loved it! Dog loved it! It was perfect! If you have a family and a dog and plan to stay in Wildwood Crest, your only options are: 1. Rent a dirty, noisy place in center of Wildwood 2. Buy your own place 3. Stay at Rose’s beautiful property and treat it respectfully as if you own it Thank you for having us Rose!

The Best in the Crest

This is a great family property located in the heart of Wildwood Crest. Easy walk to the beach or bay. Convenient to everything in the Wildwoods. Lots of on-street parking as well as parking that comes with the unit. Outdoor shower which is a must for us! We just loved it here!

The Perfect Spot!

We were very fortunate to spend 1 month at this beautiful property. During the summer of the COVID-19, we were relieved to know and see upon arrival that this property was spotless and well sanitized, and in return, we felt extremely comfortable walking into the home. The home met our family’s needs all with a “beach home feel” including a TV in each bedroom, enough sleeping, plenty of space, washer/dryer, outside shower/ beach storage, parking and lots of seating. Rose, Fabio and the rest of the family were extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. They were able to meet any needs and had a lot of knowledge about the surrounding area. The home is in a quiet and safe area with a lot to do within walking distance. With 4 kids in the house under 5, they also had a lot to do (even with COVID). They enjoyed riding their bikes in the driveway and on sidewalk, going on walks, having picnics at the bay and on the grassy areas, as well as walking a short distance to the playground. Overall, we had a great experience at this property and enjoyed Wildwood Crest. We highly recommend renting this property.

A very nice vacation

We were here for 2 weeks. There was plenty of room for us and our two dogs. The location was perfect-close to the beach,walking distance to the boardwalk and places to eat, a short ride to Cape May and into Wildwood The townhouse was clean and comfortable and the owner Rose was very helpful and was there if we had a question. The terrace was a great place to sit and relax. And the living area was roomy as were the other rooms I will be booking here again!

Excellent and clean

Our home away from home

Wow...Wow...Wow! We can't thank Rose and her family enough for opening their exquisite townhome to our family of five, including our furbaby! From the minute we stepped foot into their home we felt right at home. Not only was this home meticulously clean, but is was bright, spacious, and filled with amenities inside and out! It was also comforting to know that Rose and her family were available if we needed anything! We highly recommend staying here, as we plan to only stay here when we come to Wildwood Crest.. Great Place in the Crest

My group (adults, children and our dog) stayed in this property for a week at the end of the summer. We have been staying in a hotel on the beach for years. This place is very nice. It's a short walk to the beach, the pictures are exactly what the inside is like (beautiful) and there is just a lot of room to spread out and enjoy your vacation. The owner is very responsive and our group had a great experience. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful!!

My husband, four teenage children and our dog rented from Rose for the first time. WOW it was truly clean, comfortable, and the location was fabulous!! It was so comfortable and perfect for my family. The townhouse was amazing and my family loved it!! Rose and her entire family are so helpful and truly wonderful people. They take much pride in there property and we felt like part of the family!! The location was great too.... just a short walk to the beach and quiet evenings were very enjoyable on the balcony. Great Place

We recently visited Wildwood Crest for the first time and had no time to plan (eights adults and a baby). We were going for a funeral. The owner (Rose) was incredibly accommodating and helped us so much. She prepped the place and opened for us with little to no notice. Her price is fair and frankly for what you get she could probably charge more. It is clean, updated and convenient to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. One of our friends, who also rented in Wildwood Crest for the funeral, came by on Saturday night and said "Wow, you always get such great places, how did you get this?" I highly recommend that if this unit is available and you are looking for a beach vacation, you call Rose. We hope to go back for a more leisurely vacation and will call Rose.

Immaculate, convenient rental

Owner is very conscientious about keeping this property in top condition. Larger rooms and very comfortably furnished with many amenities. The owner was in residence during our stay and was always ready with suggestions for restaurants, shops, and things to do. Location is convenient to the beach and there is a handy storage cabinet for beach gear right by the front door - something we had not seen in previous rentals.

Best in the Crest

What can I say we had a great time at this location. 10 minutes to Cape May, 10 minutes to N.Wildwood. A short walk to the beach and nearby park for our pooch. Beautiful appointments in the condo that has everything. Open the windows for a cool summernight breeze and kick back in the comfortable sofas. Have been coming to Wildwood for over 50 years and this was one of the best. Owners were great to work with and provided everything we needed. Looking forward to our next trip here. Great Family Vacation!!!

My husband and I stayed here with my parents and aunt and uncle. what a great place to stay. Rose was soo friendly and accommodating, she was there if their was anything we needed. She recommended great restaurants, different activities that were going on, the beach was within walking distance, it was on such a nice street, the place was very clean, I can't say anything bad about this place, also the best part I was able to bring our small family dog which put my mind at ease and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, I would highly recommend this beach house. Great beach townhouse

My husband, along with our daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren rented from Rose the 3rd week in August. We also had my 90 year old mother and our little dog with us. My mother has always loved the shore, especially Wildwood Crest. We were very pleased with the accommodations! The bedrooms were very spacious. The living area, including the kitchen, was extremely nice. What was most impressive was just how CLEAN this townhouse was. We have rented houses in various areas around the country and can honestly say that this was one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest house we rented. Rose is on hand if there is any problems or issues, but certainly she is not intrusive. She gave us excellent recommendations for activities and dining. We found the location to be really ideal for our needs. There is a fabulous park down the street with a wonderful playground, that we wished we had for our backyard. Also we were able to conveniently rent bikes and the beach wheelchair for my mom. This was all within walking distance, since the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol facility was only a couple of blocks away. It all worked out great for us. I would highly recommend this townhouse for anyone looking for a great place to stay. You can see that the townhouse is very well take care of. It was a pleasure staying here. Thank you to Rose and family for helping to make our beach vacation a very memorable one!

Great Family Vacation

We recently stayed at this wonderful townhome for our annual beach vacation with old friends. There was a total of 9 people, 5 teenagers and 4 adults. The layout was perfect, the house was very clean, and we were close to every amenity we could possibly want. This kids loved it becuase there was so much for them to do within walking or biking distance, and the beach was beautiful. We went to a couple of nice casual restaurants and one night went into Cape May for the show at Elaine's, which we wouldn't miss! Other nights we stayed home and cooked in the well stocked kitchen and went to the free concerts in the local park. We would highly recommend this lovely townhome for anyone looking for a family beach vacation.

Pleasantly Surprised!!

This was my family's first time renting a house in the Crest and we were initially skeptical because you never know what you're going to get when you arrive. But I have to say, Rosanna was the most gracious hostess and the house was perfect for my family. It was very clean and very accommodating for my 2 small children and a dog! The master bedroom was big enough for a pack-n-play and a toddler blow-up bed. The upstairs living area was so comfy, it really felt like a home away from home. We also had other family members stay with us in the downstairs bedrooms, which also had a full size bath for them to share. The beach was a short walk away, the neighborhood was clean and the people were friendly. I really have nothing negative to say other than it was too short of a vacation. I already booked my stay for next summer !!! Thanks Rose!!!

Our favorite place to stay in Wildwood Crest

We just came home from our wonderful stay at 205 E. Lotus. This was our third year and we will definitely be back for a fourth. The house is beautiful and spacious and very clean. We like the location of the house and the fact that we can bring the dog who also looks forward to going. Even though it is dog friendly, you can not tell that dogs stay there. Rosana and her family are very kind and courteous and make you feel like you are part of their family as well. We have been going to wildwood for many years, and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. We as a family highly recommend this property.

Such a nice getaway!

We had the best week in Wildwood Crest! This townhome is so beautiful and sparkling clean which was very important to us. It is also very new and modern and our family of four (plus our little dog) had plenty of room to spread out. It was one straight about 3 block walk to the beautiful HUGE beach, about 2 blocks to the trolley that takes you where you want to go on the Boardwalk. We also drove all around and everything was very convenient. The owners were so lovely and lived two doors down and were available any time we had questions about the area but were not intrusive at all. We'd love to come back!

A Good Time For All!

Our extended family had a wonderful time here! Rosanna met us when we arrived with an extended tour and guidelines. She is very warm and friendly. She is two doors down, but was never intrusive-only saw her twice in passing during the week.The location was just perfect-3 blocks to a direct beach access in front of a lifeguard stand and less than a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. We got up early to enjoy morning bike rides on the boards-use the rental near Convention Center since they have free parking. The house is close enough for side trips to Cape May (winery, zoo, Harpoon Henry's restaurant), other close by shore towns(Stone Harbor was a nice night) and less than an hour to Atlantic City(PF Chang's was delicious). My husband and son-in-law played two rounds of nearby golf and were at the beach in the afternoon's. Although the living room had slightly different furnishings than those in the photos, it was cozy, comfortable, and like the rest of the house, meticulously clean. The upper deck is more of a balcony, but with room for 4 chairs-beautiful breeze and nice for reading as is the front porch with two addtional chairs. The storage shed is a great convenience for all beach accessories. The outside dining is in front of the house,semi-private, away from sidewalk, but the grill is in the back. The outdoor shower is not enclosed-good for rinsing off only. We enjoyed some great dinners at Little Italy and Duffer's, but our favorite was take-out only at Rick's Seafood in North Wildwood for the most delicious Maryland crabs. Call early as the wait could be over 2 hours, but worth it. We were blessed with beautiful weather, a beautiful house, and beautiful memories! We're already talking about next summer!
