Note: Rates are for 6 guests. Extra guests $20 per night each. Centrally located community of Serra Mesa, sometimes called 'Birdland' because all the streets are named after birds. It is a residential neighborhood just north of Mission Valley, 1/2 mile from the entrance to Interstate 163 that connects to other major freeways, and about a ten minute drive to most attractions, downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, the zoo, Sea World, Qualcomm Stadium, Petco Park, Old Town, Seaport village, and San Diego International airport (SAN). It is 20 minutes to the Tijuana border and 30 minutes to Lego land, the Wild Animal Park, and several casinos. This is great central location.

House has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom next to the Master bedroom doubles as a office with a quality futon if needed for sleeping and has a door to the back yard. Master bedroom and fourth bedrooms both have private baths. Main bath has a claw foot tub that came from Hotel San Diego.

Pool is a nice sized pool with 9 ft deep end, A safety fence and self closing gate. Pool is solar heated and 9 months of year requires no gas heat. To heat pool to 80 degrees Nov - Mar with gas there is a $75 per day fee

Parking is in carport and always plenty of street parking. Even if you have a boat or trailer there is street around corner that has plenty of room and neighbor has security camera watching that street.
