Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay, one of the most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residence in St Maarten located directly on the famous Mullet Bay beach and golf course.



This beautiful one-bedroom apartment located on the 12th floor is the ultimate Caribbean luxury accommodation for family, friends or colleagues. It offers up to 78.05 square metres of exquisite living space with beautiful furniture and vibrant colors. As you enter, you will directly be delighted by the ocean view and the comfort of this unit.



Watch the unique sunsets from your balcony with the turquoise waters of Mullet Bay beach alongside the nearby islands (Saba, St Kitts and Nevis)



The interior of this apartment offers a compromising sense of space, freedom and a sleek, modern design mixed with the exotic lifestyle of St Maarten on the walls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (oven, induction plates, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher machine as well as a washing machine and other...). A cook can also be arranged at any time if desired.



The bathroom is an Italian style shower that comes with a tactile mirror to make your experience effortless. The bedroom features a super comfortable King bed with a smart TV.



This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool. About a 5 minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

An unforgettable relaxing and luxurious getaway!

I had a wonderful time staying at Fourteen Mullet Bay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the stunning beachfront view which made every morning and sunset unforgettable. The location is perfect, just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of SXM!

The view was everything! Property was cozy. The shower!!! The water runs out all around it when taking a shower, and you have to put towels constantly all around other than that it was nice.

I loved how clean the apartment was when we walked in the front door. Stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Complementary drinks could be something different from coke and some ice would be great.

Enjoyed our stay

Loved the location! Our driver Thomas was the best. The room was modern and the view was beautiful!! The bathroom shower definitely needs renovations. The only area of improvement. The shower head and floor corners were rusty and the shower curtain was not long enough to stop the floor from being drenched.

9 nights on Our Happy Island!

Very secure place! Love the location and the view. There was no shower curtain in the room when we arrived. The shower curtain that was purchased for us was very short on the length and did not reach the floor. The water was hard to manage from getting out of the shower.

Wouldn’t stay in a-1202. Dryer is essential I said it all except need a toilet paper holder and bedding are cheap and rough.

Excellent stay!

This was our 25th visit to SXM and new condos at Fourteen really impressed us! The apartment was very clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed and great AC and Wi-Fi. The views from our large balcony were amazing. The pool was very clean, big and safe. The staff, particularly a young guy called Joven (hope I got his name right) was very helpful and friendly. The building felt very safe. The Gym was small but very well equipped and very clean. Overall, great stay! I think a safe box in the unit would be a great addition. Also, though not a criticism (since we had a prior warning), beach chairs ( or at least one beach chair per unit) would be great too ( may be to have a centralized room downstairs where the guests can pick and return chairs).
