With breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea, located on one of St. Maartenā€™s finest beaches, Cupecoy Beach, this spacious two-bedroom condo at the Cliff offers everything you need for a perfect stay with your friends or/and family.

The Cliff is proud to present its great pools: The infinity pool Overlooking the Ocean perfect for a sunset moment, the nice kid's pool, and the indoor half Olympic pool, perfect for a swimming session


The condoā€™s interior is bright, with a white color and well finished with a combination of modern furnishing. The main living space, facing the ocean, features an open-concept design with large and comfortable beige sofa. This space is open to the adjacent dining room with a design table with seating for six and the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the dining room and living room, lead to a large balcony with a seating area, perfect for breakfast or watching sunsets.

Up to four guests (+ kids sleep in Crib) are able to comfortably sleep in this condo. The two bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace through sliding doors.

The master bedroom, features a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, safe and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom, has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony.

Even if the property has its own beach access, thereā€™s also one of the finest beach "Mullet bay" only one minute walking.

In the Cliff residence's backyard youā€™ll find palm trees and tropical greenery along with a path, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Itā€™s surrounded by a terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and the outdoor pool. There is also an indoor heated lap pool, a SPA, a private tennis court on site as well as an air-conditioned fitness room facing the ocean, so youā€™ll have plenty of opportunities to keep up your exercise regime.

From the condoā€™s location on Rhine Road, itā€™s just seconds to the water, a casino, several restaurants, a minute walk to the finest beach of the island and a golf course and a 1 minute drive to the grocery store and Maho where you can find bars, restaurants and nightlife, hospital and much more.

Staying at the cliff is a terrific option when visiting Saint Martin. This unit in particular has an amazing view of the ocean, beach and pool areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach towels are provided. Some more beach chairs wouldā€™ve been helpful. The beach itself is small but very nice. The water is swimmable. Security is excellent. The staff is friendly. The place is within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and 5 to 10 minutes my car from the airport. All in a relatively quiet, residential area. Tough to beat.

The condo was great. There was plenty of room and it was furnished nicely. The staff at The Cliff were outstanding, and we really enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Outstanding escape to luxury

The beach view is rugged and beautiful. During our stay it was windy with choppy seas, but still swimable in the ocean. The pool is first class! Good food at Marios. Great view of the ocean from the 6th floor. A great place for easy access to the airport, a grocery store right up the hill with neighboring restaurants within walking distance.

Stop looking and rent this one

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect location on the island. First, the view from the balcony is stunning. Whenever we were at the condo, we were most likely out on the balcony listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The condo is clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed for our vacation. We rented a car and traveled all over the island and by far, this is the best location on the island to stay. We were close enough to restaurants and beaches that we could either drive or just walk to. The Cliffā€™s staff were so welcoming and helpful. The Cliffā€™s has an amazing restaurant, workout facility and the infinity pool is stunning. This was by far one of most favorite islands to vacation at. You canā€™t go wrong booking this location.

Property was exactly as described. Wonderful views and great snorkeling right off the property. Itā€™s in a nice gated and safe area. Low traffic. Grocery store is across the street and another one a few blocks away. The new pool is top notch. Didnā€™t try the onsite restaurant but the menu looked incredible. John was very helpful and quick with responses. Would definitely stay again!

The unit was amazing. Clean, modern, beautiful view, spacious, full of amenities. The Cliff complex was beautiful as well, meticulously cared for with friendly staff. The only negative were some of the amenities were either not available or not functioning. I was disappointed to learn the restaurant had reduced hours, and the hot tub was not working. We found this to be the case across the island though. I assume post covid adjustments. Just as some of the other reviews indicated the Organic Market down the road is super expensive. Stick with Carrefour or Maho is amazing.

Perfect Location - Great Service - Great View - Appliances and Furniture could be updated - Unit had a stale smell at check in, possibly due to a/c being off for a few days - But overall, not perfect, but very good stay for the cost - If upgraded it would be worth extra per night and I am sure it would pay itself back quickly
