And new this season 2026 is the sunrise gondola which is also just a steps away! We are sorry you had difficulty with your card keys. As owners we pay extra for the front desk service so we are also disappointed with the service you received and we will report it to the management team. Hi Matt, So Happy you had a great stay and that you enjoyed and noticed the details of staying in our mountain ski in/out home at the Canyons Village, PC.. It was great to communicate with you and we would love to have you back again anytime.

We accommodated this guest last minute when he could not find a place for his family and gave them a great rate during high season. Dogs are not allowed on property by guest and we would never rent to 10 people. We have all new luxury bedding and sheets and use a professional cleaning company that has an outstanding reputation. We contact all our guest upon arriving to see if everything meets their expectations. This guest never responded and could have contact us or the 24/7 front desk if there was a concern about the unit. They never did respond. We can't even verify that the guest left the unit when they said they did. Unfortunalty you sometimes rent to the wrong person. We have consistently had the same families for many years and 5 star rating from our guest so this must just be one of those unfortunate rentals. We have high standards and our unit is considered a premium unit amongst the condos in the bldg and past guest. If you need further info please feel free to contact us. .
