We are pleased to offer you a piece of paradise in the private and man-gated community of Punta del Mar Beach Village. With the town of Rincon becoming more popular each year as a desired vacation, the location of our vacation home is so close to everything Rincon has to offer but yet so far from the crowds and cars. Here you will experience a secluded beach, serpentine-shaped swimming pool, tennis courts (tennis equipment provided-bring your pickleball rackets & balls) all within a 145 acre community located nearly a mile off the main road of Rt. 115. The community is quiet and neighbors are very nice. Stroll the community and star gaze after the beautiful sunsets of Rincon. Puerto Rico is a short flight from the states and without the need for a passport from the U.S. flying into BQN (Aguadilla- a 25 minute drive) or into SJU (San Juan- a 2 hour drive) and the weather is warm all year round.
The Mediterranean-styled villa is equipped with a newer appliances- stainless steel stove/oven, dishwasher and front-loading laundry machines. Detergents are provided.
Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each guest vacation. This is a beautiful 2 story, 2,061 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath private villa with a spacious living room and dining room. There is a large second floor patio with outdoor lounge furniture for relaxing and star-gazing with views of the ocean. There is a ground floor patio with table, chairs, and a gas barbeque grill. The villa is located in a safe, gated community located on 145 acres with a 2 mile stretch of a mostly secluded beach. The villa is fully furnished with a complete kitchen including coffee maker (coffee, sugar and creamer provided), blender, toaster, bake ware, etc., along with a clothes iron and board. A recently added 12-piece Gotham Steel cookware set is provided for your culinary skills. Please take good care of this cookware and do not use any metal utensils with them. We like to provide higher end quality things for our guests but it requires your cooperation to keep things in good condition for future guests. Thank you in advance. The kitchen is also equipped with an ECHO SHOW with UN-LIMITED PRIME MUSIC. You can listen to any song you want, including complete albums of your favorite bands and artists. So much better than a simple CD player or a static-e radio. The laundry is located on the second floor with the bedrooms and full bathrooms allowing the first floor to be open and spacious for everyone (living room, dining room & den. There are zones of central air conditioning on each floor. Wi-Fi is provided. The den contains a 50 inch 4K UHD Smart television with Net-Flix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc., Wi-Fi is provided inside the villa. There are three Eero wi-fi extenders throughout the villa to keep you in touch back home or for business. Please do not touch or move these little white boxes.
The master bedroom is equipped with a new (May of 2022) king-sized bed, plenty of closet room along with a private bath. The second bedroom contains 2 bunk beds (3 twin and 1 full-size mattress to sleep 4 persons. There is also a portable crib and a pack-n-play (play pen). There is also a high-chair available for baby. Plenty of hotel-quality beach towel and beach toys for the little ones are provided.
Did we mention that our neighbors & everyone in the community are so very nice and your vacation will be so very peaceful ?
Surfers tell us that the surf right in front of the complex is terrific as three 'breaks' are present.

Attractions

There is so much to do and see in the western town of Rincon from terrific beaches, surfing, snorkeling, the collection of sea-glass; to restaurants (a short walk down the beach), sight-seeing, whale watching in the 'winter' months, near-by casinos, golf, catamaran rides and boating, para-sailing, the visiting of small museums, historical and religious sights, a rain forest, a dry forest, a day trip to Old San Juan or a trip into the mountains. You can walk more than 5 miles of secluded beach to get your daily exercise/steps in. You can walk 10-15 minutes down the beach to restaurants Casa Islena (great for breakfast) and Tamboo/Beside's the Pointe (with a large deck overlooking the beach). Getting there

Daily flights on major carriers such as JetBlue, Continental and Spirit Airways fly right into Aguadilla which is only about a 20-25 minute drive. All major rental car companies are represented at the airport. There is also a Duty-free shop in the airport available to you for your flight back to reality.

Shopping

While in Puerto Rico, you have the benefits of many chain stores like Home Depot along with a Sam's Club. Pueblo is located right next to Sam's Club. There are some excellent local restaurants.
