Huge home, great for large family or group. Sleeps 16 Can have small gatherings/events. 6 bed/ 3 bath (9 beds+3 foldouts). Large enclosed private shaded backyard & patio is great for bbq and afternoon entertaining. French doors lead from the lounge to the backyard, which is a great flowing open layout. Spacious open dining and living areas with 3 fireplaces. Dining room with piano, great for a large family dinner and musical entertainment. Kids love to climb the big oak tree in the backyard. Tiny home/play house with its own private yard. Separate laundry room. TVs with Netflix. Good Wifi. This is a great place for a small gathering- We have had youth groups in sleeping bags and garden tents, we have had groups meeting for the day with organizers sleeping over, and great family reunions. Message me if you want to do a small gathering (no loud parties). Pet friendly. Nice enclosed backyard. Pets stay free.NOTE this is an older home, it is large and great for groups, but it is not luxurious. The dishwasher does not work. Some cabinet doors/locks/ handles are not great. Stove is old. Plumbing just upgraded. If you are looking for a big family or group, you can’t beat it.
Discrete handicap features throughout. This is a one-level home with flat floors easy to get around. Wheelchair ramp & large open disabled shower. We can arrange care if needed. This is the only Handicap rental in the area.

Close to freeway, easy to get there, close to Downtown LA & Rose Bowl Pasadena
1 exit to highway into National Forest and to Ski resorts. For small event price put number of people total those staying overnight plus party guests.
