Skistone I, Cozy Keystone Condo, Steps to skiing!

Wake up with the sun rising from behind the fantastic mountain views in this east facing third floor Silver Mill condo, then enjoy your morning coffee on the covered balcony with the warm sun against the cool air. If it's too cold for you on the balcony, come back inside and enjoy that coffee by the gas fireplace. The bathroom received a facelift in June of 2023 with a few other comforts around the condo!

This condo is perfect for a small family or two couples with a king size bed in the master and a sofa sleeper! The full kitchen has all of your standard gear so you have the freedom to cook some or all of your meals. If you choose to go out, there are plenty of restaurants to hit in Keystone, or an even larger selection in neighboring Breckenridge, Dillion, Frisco or Silverthorne communities.

The building includes 3 hot tubs and a sauna right on-site with an outdoor heated pool adjacent to the nearby Dakota building. Get the day started with a workout in the building's fitness center and finish the day in the building's common area shooting some pool. Parking is simple in a heated underground garage with an elevator to access the building. The ski lockers on the first floor make getting onto the slopes extremely convenient! Laundry facilities are also available in the building.

There are plenty of activities in Keystone year-round. Obviously downhill skiing and riding are the big thing in winter, but you can also tube on the mountaintop, cross country ski, snowshoe, ice skate, or just have some good old-fashioned fun sledding! In the summer, you can golf, mountain bike, hike, or hit the lake for stand up paddle boarding, paddle boating, canoeing, kayaking and more. If you're more here just to visit and enjoy the scenery, you can take a ride up the gondola year-round as well.

Free parking for 1 vehicle in the underground parking garage. There are also two ChargePoint dual 6.6KW J-1772 chargers available in the underground parking garage.(charging for a fee)

*****The building utilizes a central heat and water heating system. Maintenance of these systems as well as the building's plumbing is typically planned during the off season and scheduled during mid-day hours to minimize any impact to guests, however, in an Emergency situation, the building may require shutting down one of these systems without limited notice for short periods to complete any repairs.*****

*****Occasionally some of the amenities, such as fitness center, recreation area, pool, hot tubs, sauna, etc. require maintenance and are temporarily closed. Maintenance is typically handled in the off-season unless it's an emergency.*****

PLEASE NOTE: The shared pool/spa at Dakota Lodge will be closed from April 14th to June 8th 2025 during the Dakota Lodge roof remodeling project.
