This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen, and mountain views from the private balcony. New flooring and paint throughout. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The spacious entryway has hooks mounted above a bench and shelving for storage of vacation gear. The living area features a large flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The homeowner has provided a small selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. Large windows line the northeast wall of the condo allowing lots of natural light and beautiful mountain views. The private balcony can be accessed through the living room and features mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and its own entrance to the guest bathroom.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Location is fantastic. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable and enjoyed sitting on the patio while a band played in the courtyard below.

Loved this condo!

We had a great stay. The River Run area was perfect for our needs. Just enough to be convenient but without the crowds. We did have some issues with the key cards & it took a few days to figure out how to use them properly. Management company was reasonably responsive.

Great Friends Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the large living room. Easy to walk to all of the restaurants and skiing.

Great location to slopes

Great location to slopes, loved having a hassle-free parking garage. Very nice condo, good beds, plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen for cooking. No complaints!

this place was perfect for our stay. everything was as it was represented. the location was at the front of the parking lot facing the parking lot and main entrance into the shopping areas. couldn't really ask for a better location. turn the ice maker on in freezer when you get there if you want ice :)

Clean property close to everything in River Run

This condo had everything we needed for our family of 5. We really appreciated that there were multiple fans to utilize in the unit. I was impressed with the cleanliness and professional communication.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from 7/20-7/28 of summer 2024. The biggest draw of this unit is it is pretty big and accommodated our family of four well in terms of space. With all the VRBO fees, we payed ~$190 a night, which is a little pricey IMO. I've listed some pros and cons of this property below, in case you are considering a summer stay.Pros:-Good space-Convienient location, but not too close to the busyness of Dillon, Silverthorne, & Frisco-Indoor parking garage is nice for packing and unpacking -Access to bike/rec path for cyclists-Close to Loveland pass trailhead-Hot tubs were cleanCons:-Unit windows/Balcony faces parking lot entrance which plays classic rock from 8:30am-8:30pm. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.-Some windows do not have screens, which property management did not fix when requested-One of the two elevators was broken during our stay which made going in and out of the building a little annoying -Everything in the resort plaza is ridiculously expensive.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would try to find something different if I return to vacation here. There are tons of other properties in the general vacinity that I think would be a bit better value.

Great location

We were up in keystone for spring break skiing. The location of this property cant be beat. Super easy to get out on the mountain. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Ive now spoiled my kids staying so close to the base theyll never let me book anything else!

Great spring break vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay here during spring break. Upon arrival the bathroom sink was overflowing. We called the rental office and maintenance was there quickly to fix it. The balcony was covered in a few feet of snow with no shovel so we weren’t able to sit outside even though the weather was beautiful. There was no dust pan so we could sweep but had to be creative on ways to pick it up, no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. All three televisions didn’t work other than for dvds, it would have been nice to know we needed to bring them, there are only a few on site and they are heavily scratched. Overall it was a great trip, but for the money we were a bit disappointed at the lack of working technology and sparse necessities. The grounds and location were well worth it.

Time for updating and repairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the spaciousness of this property but it is sadly in need of some updating. It’s clear this property gets a lot of renters because of the size but things need replacing. Here is my recommendations. A couple dining chairs are very wobbly, there are only 3 low ball glasses and 3 wine glasses. Both sets of dishes are very chipped. The nonstick pans are NOT non-stick any longer. The refrigerator works but is all dented up. We contacted maintenance because we couldn’t get the FP pilot light lit. They couldn’t either so stop advertising the FP as an amenity. The dresser in the 2nd bedroom has drawers that won’t close. The end table tops are getting warped from wet glasses. Get some coasters or better yet replace with something other than wood. The two humidifiers need sanitizing. They were full of slime. The guest bath vanity has water damage. Time for some serious repairs. On a positive note, the sofa and chairs are good. But get some new sofa pillows. The current ones stink and don’t have much stuffing anymore. I’d recommend if this property had the modifications I cited.

The property is beautifully appointed and has a great open area to hang out in as well. cozy, spacious home

Home was in the greatest location. Easy to walk with kids to village for dinner/breakfast and short walk to Gondola. Spacious bedrooms and living area with great king beds. Fireplace was broken, one of the hot tubs was broken, and the laundry detergent dispenser (on both floors actually) was broken.
